My car was towed here through CHP after my accident 2 days ago on Tuesday at 9:30am. I called Airport Mobil last night and spoke with Andrew, who told me that if I were to pick it up that night, they would charge me an "after hours fee," even though they're supposed to be open 24/7? He said that if I did not want to be charged the after hours fee, then I would need to make sure to arrive the next morning before 9:30am so that I would only be charged for 2 days (48 hours) instead of 3 days. When I arrived at 8:15am this morning, I was told that they charge by "calendar days" and will be charged for 3 days, even though my car was there for less than 48 hours. I spoke with the "manager" who could not provide proof that their policy defines "a day" is a "calendar day" versus "24 hours." What's interesting is that their policy does say that they charge a lien fee if your car is stored for over "72 hours," but not "3 days"?? So she said that she'd "do us a favor and waive the lien fee," which again is bullshit since my car was there for less than 72 hours! On top of that, it was very obvious that they rummaged through my vehicle glove compartment as my passenger seat was pulled forward to get to it and my registration and insurance card were on the seat. I don't know why the CHP is doing business with such a shady company in the first place. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, even to my worst enemy. They're a bunch of scammers that should have their business shut down immediately. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

Ethan was awesome and was communicative but also had a no nonsense demeanor that made this quick and seamless. My car battery needed to be replaced and then we were on out way. It was a warmer evening and I had my wife and parents with me so I was really thankful for how quickly things were taken care of. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR VEHICLE. If I had the ability to focus on my vehicle of where it was being towed during my car accident, I wouldn't have had my important items STOLEN. I had to be taken to the hospital ER because of my injuries and was not able to walk. Once I found out where CHP call in for Airport Mobil Towing, I was anxious and worried about my important items since they weren't with me already. I'm a photographer/videographer, so you can just imagine the possibilities of my valuable items. Once I got into my vehicle of where Airport mobil towing left my vehicle, I can already tell my things have been moved and taken from me. I got 20 ITEMS TAKEN from me but most importantly my HARD DRIVES that contain all of my client's photos and videos of there special days that can't be replaced. WHAT VALUE DOES THIS BRING TO THE THEFT? THIS IS MY MOST VALUABLE THING IN MY VEHICLE. In my most vulnerable state, the manager Mike Musharbasah came charging in with three other men since one of the men was the one who brought us into the SECURED and GATED area. They charged in because me and my roommate who were in the accident were expressing how could our items be stolen. Mike stated that he did not give a F**** on what has happened to us and would most likely preferred me to walk back and forth with a small bag to gather the most of my belongings that weren't taken. All and all they've played as if they were the victims in this situation and our laptops weren't taken but mine has been hacked and swiped out of all of my information. Since I know these kind of things take time to be hacked into, so most definitely only employees have access to this GATED and SECURED AREAS. I haven't stopped crying from the lost of my hard drives. These special memories of my cilents and even my own will never be replaced. Not only am I going to have to figure out on my vehicle but also the lost expenses i'm going to have to face with my own small business. BEWARE WHEN GIVING YOUR CREDIT CARD AS A FORM OF PAYMENT WITH THIS COMPANY! ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES STOLE MY DEBIT CARD INFO AND PURCHASED OVER $700 WORTH OF CAR PARTS. On 3/6/24 my car died and AAA dispatched this company. Their employee named Rakan came to my house and changed my battery. He took my debit card to his truck to call in the payment to the office. A month later I see a charge of $707. I call my bank to dispute it. They initially deny it because they said when the purchase was made it was delivered in the same city I live in (Rancho Cucamonga) and they were able to see that he used my full name and billing address (but he got it delivered to his personal address and used his initials RM) and to the bank it looked suspicious on my end since all my personal info was entered. After months of fighting this and doing an investigation we were able to trace this purchase to their employee. Your employee stole from me. I have proof from my bank and UPS with the address, receipt with his name, photo of him in front my house changing my battery. I would very much appreciate if you pay me back what you stole from me. Three hours later and the driver was in the wrong location. I had to go find him to bring him to my broken vehicle. Called for a tow at 9:30 and was told it would be a driver out by 10:15. No one called or showed up, so I called AAA back and then was told the driver was on the way and they wouldn't arrive until 11:30. I've had AAA on and off for years and I never received such horrible service. Then when the drivers gets to you they give attitude and wanna ask you a million and one questions. What's wrong with the car? Are you a mechanic or a tow driver? Just tow my vehicle WTH! Not sure if AAA is even worth it when your waiting for a tow for 2hrs. read more

I am a AAA member and they dispatched this company to my call. They did not want to service ( give us 2 gallons of gas) on a STOCK RAM because it had my company's sticker on it. The person that came out was Oscar. He wanted $200 cash for two gallons of gas which he said was company policy but AAA couldn't pay for it even though I've been a member for 23 years and my stock Ram only needed gas but I could pay for it out of pocket? If this review was solely based on the first tow truck driver, this would be five star. But he couldn't tow my wife's car due to the car being locked in park. So he requested a tow truck with dollies. The second tow truck driver that showed up was very very upset upon arriving. His first words out of his mouth was I can't tow this car. I then asked him what am I gonna do? He said get the mechanic to work on it from the shop that I was parked in. I told him he did not work on Volkswagens, but he kept on insisting that he worked on it. I asked him over and over to tow it to the Volkswagen dealership. He refused, and was very upset. Again, I asked him to just tow it to the dealership. I told him I saw the dollies on his truck that were needed. He reluctantly put the dollies on my wife's car. And he started to raise his voice at me. I called his dispatch to let them know what was going on. I even held my phone up and told the dispatcher can you hear him he said yes and said just tell him to tow the car. The tow truck driver, then began to make fun of me in Spanish what he did not realize was I spoke fluent Spanish, and spoke to him in Spanish, and he continued to make fun of me, calling me crybaby in Spanish. He refused to take me to the dealership and the tow truck driver refused to take the keys to the car to the dealership. I called the company again. This is THE WORST tow company EVER!!!! I tried to use them May 20 May 21 and May 23 (through AAA) because They are primarily in the area per AAA. They never showed up. I called them 4 hours before shop closes... ample time. When I called the tow dispatch he was clueless as to where the driver was. Heading home from an appraisal in Riverside I noticed my truck was acting like I was being held back by a strong headwind. (frozen caliper) I got off the freeway and used my AAA roadside service to bring my "out of service" truck home. I waited less than 20 minutes for my rescuer "O'Bryan" to arrive. Within minutes he had my truck safely secured and we were on our way. Not only is O'Bryan a great operator, he was a great defensive driver. His driving skills on the freeway were appreciated. He anticipated every move of the other vehicles along the route home which made the drive smooth and uneventful. Unfortunately I organized a scheduled tow with aaa. Josh, owner, advised the would charge the credit card over the phone...I would not need to be there for pick up for one mechanic to the new mechanic. There was a $40 fee for additional mileage. The driver never showed up to the dealer as I was waiting to pay the overage fees. I I did advise when they call as I was standing there to leave a voicemail. The receptionist was extremely rude and decided not to leave a voicemail and stole my vehicle. After a long time for throwing a fit.... they finally agreed to tow it back.
