I went to this business to seek help in obtaining a copy of my lost permanent resident card, an endeavor that had troubled me for over a year. I arrived there and within five minutes I was sitting in Mr. Jorge Rigopoulos' office. He proceeded to explain everything that was necessary for us to do. He answered any and all questions that came to my mind. In less than half an hour, the interview with Mr. Rigopoulos was complete. Mr. Rigopoulos informed me that the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) also requires passport-type photos to complete my request. I hadn't brought these with me, and Mr. Rigopoulos provided me with a self-addressed, stamped envelope so that I could mail these to him. This is a small detail that didn't go unnoticed. It was no surprise to me that soon after my visit there, I received the pertinent paperwork in the mail from USCIS advising me that I had an appointment to go in for fingerprinting, the final step in obtaining the aforementioned card. I can only wish I had learned of the Law Offices of Teresa Martinez-Alonso earlier than I did. It would have solved a plethora of problems for me. Cynthia continuously blamed the negligence on her co-worker who is now her partner from Law Center of South Florida, P.A.
