This isn't completely shocking as it's an old older building and does need repair. The office door was locked. I called the main number to speak to a Office employee who then called the Lake mary office to have an employee pop her head out to let me know that no provider had arrived yet and she could not unlock the door. I was allowed in at 8:20, 20 minutes after my appointment time. Once in the room, I had an office member and the provider both asked me why I was there, even though it was listed on my paperwork, which I was reminded several times via text and email to complete. When I mentioned the strange start to my visit, the provider asked what I meant. I explained all of the above. And she explained to me that "sometimes doors lock". At this point, I told her I would be leaving and wished her a good day. Do not come to this office. They are falling apart.

She refused and told me that she has heard this before from other patients and I need to seek psychological help and there is medicine for this. She was so blunt and very unprofessional grouping me with other's instead of treating me as an individual. She could have done a swab, and I didn't feel heard she dismissed me the first few seconds of my appointment. She came to the conclusion without doing a biopsy or an examination to prove her diagnosis. I left there feeling so upset and unheard. She was loud and violated my HIPPA rights allowing other patients in the other room the ability to hear our conversation. I am going to report her to the medical board as well.

When I arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and they told me I would be seen shortly. They run so efficiently and in no time I was back with the Doctors assistant and then the Dr. came in assured me that the procedure to remove the torus was pretty straightforward. I scheduled the procedure and it went smoothly and recovery was not bad at all, within two weeks I was back to a regular diet and couldn't be more happy with the results. I agreed and after review I do need surgery in my right eye and he gave me several doctors to choose from as they don't do the kind of surgery I need. I felt better after talking with him. I still have very unfavorable issues with Sebastian since the first time I left a review. He had called me to threaten and belittled me after what I said in my review. There were two changing rooms. You lock your belongings in a cabinet and get a key to wear on your wrist to keep your belongings safe during the imaging. It was quick and the tech was kind and gentle. The waiting room had a coffee machine, tv, and cold water bottles in a fridge. I almost felt like I was being pampered during this normally uncomfortable experience. Thank you to everyone here for being so fantastic.

Everyone here always seems to be in great mood and took great concern in making sure I was comfortable with the exercises I would preform. With these guys, it never seemed like it was just a job to them, THEY ACTUALLY CARE about you and what they do. And I love that. They have a imagining center onsite which prevents further commute to other locations for MRIs. My only and very small issue with this location is some of my administrative things sadly fell between the cracks here, which in part prolonged my case. I won't put sole blame on them as other parts in the matter did drop the ball as well in the regard. Overall I would recommend anyone to work with complete care for their rehab needs.
