She's patient, she listens, and she is very smart. We've done dry needling, cupping, ultrasound therapy, and I think electrical muscle stimulation, along with programming and exercises both at PT and for me to do at home. The gym itself is cool - it's not fully done but I enjoy it even as is! I've taken one of Anthony's group fitness classes and it was difficult, but so much fun. They definitely have a good thing going here and I'm looking forward to seeing it grow!

Sometimes people are nice but there are definitely some rude, cocky people there with attitude. I also dislike how many influencers or people that are filming themselves. It's busy enough and now I feel like I need to move out of the way because I don't want to be in your video/photos. Also- why does the childcare room only take 2+ year old kids? They should take babies as well. I can't workout here as much as I want because I am a mom of young kids. I like how the ymca can take care of babies starting 6 or 8 weeks I believe. The parking lot is madness when it's busy. Hard to find a spot sometimes. This place just keeps signing up more and more members and so it's overcrowded here. If it wasn't for the indoor lap pool, I would have gone elsewhere for the gym and spend a little more money.

I love Circuit & Triple Threat ..stations is ok but I definitely don't burn as many calories as the other formats. You are given a heart rate monitor so you can track your progress and after class you get a breakdown of your heart rate throughout class. This really motivates you to push yourself!!! The instructors are great at providing demonstrations and pushing you to do your best. The only downside is it took a few weeks of going there before anyone explained the heart rate monitor and how to use it to achieve your goals. Other than that I really recommend coming here if you want a good sweat session!

Please help me…read more Abbey, I requested cancellation December 31, 2025, my last day at the gym, before leaving the state. i was assured my membership was cancelled, when i went up to the desk to make sure, before i left. a very nice gentleman told me: "you have nothing to worry about! your membership is cancelled. you do not need any print-out, it is in the computer." he had opened the computer and entered data, as i stood there at the desk. you owe me for 6 months of the monthly fees, january through june, as well as the yearly fee, you charged to me in february of this year. you said it shows in the computer my last visit was december 31st, 2025. i have called and called and called you as well as billing over these last months. i have put a negative review, reporting your behavior, to the bbb as well as a couple of other places, including planet fitness. in the process, i discovered there are many one star reviews. i expect full payment for the illegitimate charges asap! i'm in shock at the unjust charges! it feels communistic. billing has told me as soon as you give them authorization they will credit me! i need reimbursement immediately for: $16.13 x six months totalling $96.78 + $52.68 for the yearly fee you charged me in february. you owe me: $149.46 total and i expect you to have the integrity and customer care to refund me in full asap. hoping and praying you will give billing authorization to pay me. sincerely, joyce redger

The showers were covered in caked hard water and needed a major spray of that CLR stuff. One of the showers was only hot (but plenty of it) with absolutely no warm making it unusable. When using the shower I did find and adjustable water temperature, I squished five mosquitoes on the wall. What? Yes. One of the sinks had no water and that's why no one washed down the bowl full of shaved beard. The second sink had spilled toothpaste on it. Seriously? At 5am, the attendant was spending his time on his phone. I opted not to disturb him All of that said, the equipment area was great with lots of options and well spaced. The 30 Minute Circuit was great with only one other person when I was here. They have a nice and large parking lot that is well lit. Sort out the locker room and this could be five stars.
