Started coming to the gym with my daughter. This momma needs to get in shape! Plus working out has helped to relieve some of my stress lately. I feel better and actually look forward to coming to the gym. This location is HUGE! They have anything you can think of! They even have a cinema room where you can watch a movie while walking in the treadmill! Staff is always friendly. It gets rather crowded depending on the time of day so keep that in mind. Locker room available for storage. The gym is so clean! They have cleaning supplies available throughout so that you can wipe down the e Bring your own water bottle! It is one of the better options in the area but always way too crowded. Staff is not enforcing some common sense rules like proper shoes (not flip flops), recording in the locker rooms, picking after themselves, just etiquette things. The only thing that I'm not a huge fan of are almost everybody using equipment did not clean after themselves, and also the front lockers are much smaller than the other locations and could barely fit my backpack and definitely did not fit my motorcycle helmet so it was not quite the best location for me. I really love this gym! It's definitely a different type of gym than what I've been to- they have a movie theater but with cardio equipment which is such a great idea! It's very clean and the staff is friendly. It gets busy around 5/6 pm. I go in the morning and it is slower which is great if you're in a rush to get to work. I look forward to coming here read more

Cost is good for what you lever of membership, it's bad when the sauna is down almost a whole month. Some of the equipments are out of order as well. Pins on weight machines are broken off too. Could use better cleaning on water fountains. read more

I joined EOS solely for the indoor pool and the Saturday morning aqua class. Highly likely that I will cancel as they have partnered with British Swim School to offer swim lessons on Saturday's from 10:30am- 2pm and Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 430-730 pm. Prime times for those of us who work traditional hours. With no prior warning our class was disrupted by their setup and having to give up some of our space. Several of the women were likely included in photos a dad was taking. I want an adult environment and I want a pool without risk of a kid having an accident. There are plenty of other places such as the YMCA which are better suited for kids. read more

Eos Fitness is by far the best gym in the Westchase and Citrus Park area of Tampa! Eos gym is the only gym that has a hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, showers, kids area that is actually still open, a cycle studio, indoor basketball courts, movie theater cardio room, cross fit area, tons of machines, and tons of group fitness classes! I like doing spinning, body pump, body Combat, step it up, and body jam. I've tried the zumba, less mills core, athletic intervals, commit dance fitness, and still need to try the water fit, body flow, and yoga. There's so many options for group fitness at Eos Fitness! I like hitting up the sauna, pool, hot tub, and cardio movie room too! Eos Fitness gym is always super clean and you have to bring your own water bottle which reduces people catching anything from the water fountain. Eos Fitness has bright lighting and a good upbeat soundtrack that always gets me hyped for a good work out! Staff is always super friendly and always says hi and bye as we leave! If you live in the westchase or Citrus Park area, definitely check out Eos Fitness! It's the best! Signed up for a membership and during my free training session I almost passed out. It was only like 15 minutes in so you can imagine my embarrassment. Austin and Sean were so kind and attentive. They brought me electrolytes and walked me off the gym floor until I fully recovered. They were knowledgeable and caring throughout the session and afterwards. I have been going to this location since day one, but as time has gone by, it has gone down. It's a mess all the time, the younger crowd comes in and leaves all of the equipment laying around, which 1) is a hazard and 2) I don't want to spend my time picking up after these kids, I just  want to have a space to work out in. At times, there is enough staff standing around doing absolutely nothing, just talking when they could be cleaning up the items that are left behind or just do a simple walk around. I love the classes, but at times, I just want to come in and just spend it working out instead of doing the staffs job and putting things away. I used to love working out outside, and now it's more like a cleaning up before working out chores. The ladies that clean and disinfect the  bathrooms do an amazing job. Thank god for them. In the restrooms, there are no photos to be taken. If I am coming out of the shower in a towel and someone is taking pictures, then I feel not a little but a lot violated. Maybe the sign needs to be bigger and in the center of the mirror idk. At the end of the day, I was really happy to have a place near home to work out in and now those feelings have changed. Came in to do a walk-through of the facility. It was absolutely beautiful. We decided to go ahead and proceed with purchasing a plan. It was my daughter husband and myself the gentleman Harry advise we can do the family plan and put my husband and myself on the plan and we had unlimited guest privileges so we did not need to put my daughter on at that time. We agreed went ahead and signed up. He walked us around asked us if we had any questions he was very detailed even gave us an astronomical number as an example. If we wanted to with our plan, you can bring 100 people to work out with you and we would let them come in and we have more than enough room that all sounded great however we would never bring that many people it would just be our 15-year-old daughter and his cousin that lives with us. Went to try to work out was stopped at the door stated that I could not have two guest with me even though we had went already previously to the gym and it was not a problem advised the worker that Harry told us we were OK to bring the additional to guests he was there we pointed to him. He acknowledged my daughter and when I said I wanted to speak with him he left for the day after speaking with somebody else we were told that one my 15-year-old daughter could not come with me as a guest, however, would be permitted to get her own membership and I would have to pay for that monthly as well as the annual membership fee and that she could be as young as 13 years old unaccompanied make that makes sense but my 15 year-old couldn't come work out with me called today to speak to the manager Mikey and explain exactly what happened and it was pretty much well. It's a policy. Nothing I can do about it and telling me that Harry is a new hire. I apologize that he's a new hire but you guys trained him. You employed him and this is the information that he gave me as a potential customer and now because the information is incorrect, you don't want to do anything to make it better and would rather just lose my business. read more

I mostly love EOS. However, I have a bone to pick with something. When I got my membership, I specifically asked at what age my son could come work out with me. I was told the age was 13. Today I went and I got there and now they tell me he has to be 16. I said you all told me the age was 13, and this is where the stupidity ensues. The worker tells me he can get his own membership, but to work out as a guest, he has to be 16! Now, how the hell does that make any sense at all? The worker tells me it's because of liability, which I get, but any guest has to sign paperwork releasing the gym of any liability. She said it's somehow different paperwork ‍again, making no sense. If a kid can get his own damn membership, then he should be old enough to be a guest. It seems like a ploy to make you get another membership. Had I not just renewed, I would forfeit my membership because I know other gyms we could go to where my son could work put with me. Kinda annoying to say the least. read more

EOS Fitness Gym is located off Ehrlich & Turner Road on the eastern edge of the Citrus Park Area, which is a 13 minute drive from the Westchase Area of Tampa. Surprisingly, even though Westchase is a nice area, the gyms in the Westchase Area are absolutely tiny with very few amenities. Eos Fitness is the closest gym to Westchase and the best gym in the Westchase & Citrus Park area with all the amenities which I've grown accustomed to. EOS Fitness Gym amenities include sauna, hot tub, indoor Olympic pool with 3 lanes, massage chairs, an amazing theater cardio room, group fitness room, spinning group fitness room, showers, basketball court for adults, basketball court for kids, cross fit area, kids club area, upbeat music, 60 group fitness classes per week, dumbells up to 150 lbs, and tons of brand new exercise equipment! I was surprised to see EOS Gym even offers aquatic resistance dumbells for the pool which Ive never seen at any club before. I love watching Marvel superhero movies in the "moveos cinema" theater cardio room! The screen is huge and the sound system is amazing! It really feels like you're in a real theater! EOS Fitness Gym can get busy after rush hour 6pm-7pm on weekdays but the gym is so big, there are plenty of machines to choose from and most people are are pretty cool about letting you work in if necessary. There's 4 bench presses, 8 free weight squat racks, 4 machine squat racks, tons of dumbells that go up to 150 lbs, tons of machines, bright lighting, personal training, 20 minute full body circuit flite zone, clean towel service, and up-beat music to keep you pumped unlike Esporta Fitness by LA Fitness. EOS Fitness gym charges just $10 per month if you don't do group fitness classes and $21.99 per month if you do group fitness classes with a down payment of only 21 cents while Esporta Fitness is asking for a $150 down payment. To sweeten the deal, Eos Fitness Gym gave me the first month for free! Eos Fitness Gym is a great clean large upbeat environment with tons of equipment and awesome amenities that I highly recommend to anyone in the Westchase, Citrus Park, or Carrollwood areas of Tampa! I have been a member of North Dale Mabry/Midtown since opening. Never when I joined did they say some of their features would not be open. It is upsetting that when I started I had access to full gym. Now if you visit gym between 12-5 am the only access is the main gym. No aerobic room, no theater room and no basketball. Yes we do have access to massage chairs if people are not sleeping in them. Very upsetting that we have to pay premium rate for less than basic service. I advised front desk I was cancelling membership. I was told 30 days notice is required(standard). But then I also have to pay my yearly fee that was just paid 5 months ago. WTH. Management doesn't care if you are unhappy. read more

Staff was often unfriendly, unprofessional and mostly composed of teenagers' who don't care. Machines are always dirty and caked in the sweat of multiple people. Paper towels and other trash are left everywhere. Barely anyone puts away their weights, with different weights being found everywhere across the gym. The gym is often a daycare center for teenagers, with dozens of teenagers running around with their shirts off or standing around taking IG pics. read more

Fun---for about a week before all the high school clowns ruin atmosphere. Staff fails to perform their jobs, choosing to BS amoungst each other. Everything is SELL...SELL...SELL....nothing about service. Club locker rooms mostly filthy and toilets extremely nasty. Equipment maintenance very poor. Yet I've overheard staff threatening customers trying to get out of training agreements. Short term profit often brings long term disappointment when the sole focus is extracting immediate payments. Would wager this club and company won't be around Tampa for long....unless they start servicing and cleaning. read more

No space, bad equipment, its absolutely tiny and all you do is stand around for 20 minutes to try get a turn on a bench or any equipment. The Ehrlich location is a dumpster fire. Manager should be fired. Equipment is ALWAYS broken. The place is disgustingly dirty. Always stained with drinks. In the theatre, movies end and no one starts them. Instructors are CONSTANTLY late for gFit classes. There's a woman who has been teaching the step class for years, who never knows the routine. She relies on students to remind her what the steps are and is clueless on how to queue. I've been to the other two locations on 54. Those two are run so perfectly. I just hate that I have to drive so much further than the Ehrlich location that's only 3 miles from my house. read more

Thou, the location can keep my low rating approval they never did reach out to me with any attempt to resolve the issue. They however felt appropriate to tell me many times they would keep charging me refusing to cancel my account. My update is a 5 star all due to Austin the District Operations Manager that reached out to me. He went over the entirety of the situation both sides and was willing to listen and work towards resolving this issues rather then arguing. I give his professionalism a 10/10 he helped me resolve my cancelation issues with the location as well. Thank you for all your help read more

Brand new gym in the Lutz area is well equipped, well staffed, and super clean! What really makes this gym stand out among their competitors is their group-ex (G-Fit) instructors who are teaching BodyPump! Every class they take time to explain the different combos, advise on weight selection, and keep an eye out to make sure everyone uses good form. They're positive and engaging. The downside to having a gym this amazing is their parking situation in the evening after work. It's quite popular and has taken me as long as 15min circling to get a space. Hopefully, adjusting some of the class times and - ADDING more BodyPump classes since they are always at capacity - will help. Crossing fingers for other HIIT group-ex classes like RIPPED and a Step class that isn't during the middle of the day (maybe Sunday? weekday evenings?). read more

Brand new member in Tampa. First, this gym has everything that you can imagine to stay and get fit. If it isn't here you are not trying. The 4 PM slot is fairly busy, but still able to get to all facilities. Crowd seems to taper off pretty quickly after 5. I expect there is another rush in the evening. So far so good, but I'll keep updating. UPDATE - I have to report that I am pretty disappointed after a few weeks. I purchased a premier Black Membership in hope to take advantage of the post-workout gear. Unfortunately, the chairs are constantly under repair and now the entire room has been shut down. The cardio theater is never monitored and spend a good portion of time staring at a blue screen. Finally, the club is significantly over-subscribed and very difficult to get in a complete workout. Manager listed to feedback, but offered no solution or commitments to improve. They are happy to parade new clients around though. Consider your membership carefully. read more

Being a "Founding" member before they actually opened, I was mesmerized with how they could offer all that was included for $10/month... So was everyone else in the area who heard of it! This gym is stacked & PACKED.. I would drive there, pull into parking lot and leave. If you love gyms that mirror night clubs with capacity crowds, this is for you. I stuck around a calendar year, and went back to Zone Fitness where I can at least get a full cycle of workouts without waiting. A $9/month gym is going to attract everyone, this gym is worth $50/m easily..but i would rather go elsewhere and not deal with crowds. read more

I love Eos but it seems some staff members are not well trained! I visited the EOS gym located at Citrus Ranch to use their E-Volt scale for measuring my weight. Normally, I go to the Ehrlich location and have recorded my measurements there about 10 or 11 times. However, the scale at Ehrlich location was not functioning properly; it was showing my weight as 10 pounds higher due to calibration issues. To get an estimate of my weight gain during my vacation, I decided to use the scale at the new location near my home. While I was in the back accessing the E-Volt, a staff member approached me and asked if I had an appointment. I was taken aback since I had never needed an appointment before, but the staff member Chaji McKee insisted that it was necessary. After some discussion, he realized that I was a black member and informed me that I could only have an appointment once a month. He scheduled me for August 8th, which was over a month away, but it coincided with another appointment I had with my trainer at a different location on Thursdays. I explained this to him, but he didn't seem accommodating. I felt his behavior was unfriendly and didn't appreciate how he handled the situation. He went as far as questioning why I chose to come to this place when my trailer is on other Eos location. I didn't realize I had to justify my lifestyle to him! I have five family members and numerous friends who are Eos Black members, and this kind of conduct could harm Eos' excellent reputation. During my workout at the gym, I noticed that nobody even approached the E-Volt scale. It seemed strange to me that the staff member couldn't accommodate my request to use the scale right away, especially since there was no one else waiting to use it. I couldn't understand why I had to wait for 35 days before being allowed to measure my weight again. It felt frustrating and unnecessary, considering the circumstances. read more
