Stopped by to get a new setup (I haven't vaped in seven years!), but have special liquid needs. Had a very informative discussion with the staff, and was directed to another source for my liquid. When I returned for the setup, liquid in hand, I got everything I needed with complete instructions for use. I fully recommend this store for both the selection and customer service. read more

I've been going to this place since they were in Greencastle, PA. And it just keeps improving. This is one of the better shops I've been and I've been to write a few. Some try to act the part of this we are the best and we are better than everybody else attitude. But these guys are just cool, helpful chill and ready to talk to. From beginning to end. No frills and all around great guys and girl. Thanks for all your help from past and into the future. read more

I have to say - I LOVED this place. I just moved to Hagerstown, and was looking for a new Vape shop. WHY did i give this place FIVE stars? 1) The employees! They were super knowledgeable, VERY friendly - but not in a pushy way, and Mature. Personally, I am tired of dealing with stores with poor customer service and who employ people with an "attitude" - like they are doing you a favor. 2) The store was clean and didn't look like some hole in the wall place where junkies hang out -and, when I opened the door, - a cloud of vapor doesn't escape. 3) Tired of going into the usual vape shop and dealing with employees who are arrogant, not friendly, and look constantly bored - like you're bothering them. THIS SHOP IS NOT ONE OF "THOSE" and i'm SO glad! 4) Tons of products and flavors There was absolutely nothing i didn't love about this shop - it was great in every way and I left feeling very happy to have found a vape shop i know I will continue to patronize for as long as they are in business. Best customer service I've seen in any store of any type for a very long time. read more

First time visiting this store. I came in because my mod stopped working. The gentleman helping me made sure to see if it was my mod or tank that was giving me issues rather then just selling me a whole new set up as has happened to me in other stores. After finding it was my mod he found me something comparable to what I was using, but a little more sturdy as I told them I'm hard on them He made sure I understood how to use what I was buying. While I don't live in the area anymore if I'm up here I'll definitely be back! read more

I was visiting Hagerstown on business and stumbled upon this store after getting some food next door. Walking in, the initial impression was a little weird. Most vape stores have some sort of music (or some noise) and at least a couple patrons who are actually vaping. There wasn't any of that and I felt a little awkward vaping in there. It was clinically clean, not a hint of vape in the air and eerily silent... just not what I expect from a vape store. They did have furniture to sit on, but the only patrons were my coworkers and I. Overall, once you get past the initial impressions, Vast Vapor is a well stocked vape store with good prices and friendly staff. My coworkers and I were a little annoyed with how much attention we got even though we said "we are just looking." Although I suppose too much help is infinitely better than the opposite. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by since out of the couple of shops in the area that I visited it is without doubt the best. read more

Being a smoker for 17 years, I began looking for a better alternative. I tried many times to quit and like most smokers, found it very hard as I honestly just liked smoking. I tried a few convenience store e-cigs but was always left wanting more. I still craved traditional cigarettes, the batteries only lasted a few hours and the taste was very artificial. I just knew there had to be something better out there! After doing extensive research and talking to many people in the e-cig community I was introduced to the Joyetech and Highbrow Vapor brands. Together, they have successfully curbed my desire for a traditional cigarette. From long lasting batteries to e-liquid that taste convincing of its intended flavor, I finally found an alternative to smoking that is safer and that I can still enjoy. Vast Vapor was created to help other smokers find a safer alternative to traditional cigarettes. No more coughing, no more smelling like an ash tray, and no more cancer causing chemicals.

I had my AirPods in, but the volume was low enough that I could still hear my surroundings. As I walked past them, one of the women was putting on her coat, while the other kept staring at me with a disgusted look. I briefly made eye contact before looking away. I know that one of the employees sometimes walks in the same direction I was headed, so I made sure to walk ahead of her to ensure she felt safe--because I know I wouldn't feel comfortable if someone was walking behind me late at night. As I continued walking, I heard both of them laughing at me. I know they were laughing at me because neither of them was having a conversation, and there was nothing else happening that could have been funny. This behavior is completely inappropriate. I am significantly younger than these women, and it's disturbing that they would judge and mock someone like that. It's disgusting that this establishment employs such judgmental and miserable people. Edit-- I honestly don't know if one of them was the manager, but either way, this is highly unacceptable and should not be happening especially toward someone much younger than them.

Due to the lockdown restrictions, I have not been able to get around as much as I was doing before. I was doing one big shopping run where I ended up losing my vape mod as it fell out of my jacket. In better times I would stop off at Avast in Hagerstown about once a month and pick up juice and coils and pick up enough for the month. Well I haul ass on 81 and I miss getting to the store by closing by a little bit. I knocked on the window and make the motion I was going to pay by card. I explain my situation, tell him what I need and that I would be really quick about it, I am told by the clerk to wait for 5 minutes to pull the till and he will let me in. I get in by a new mod a 18650 battery and a pack of coils to get me up and rush to get into my truck as I am really nic fitting about at that time. The guy behind the counter was awesome and a true lifesaver I would have had to wait days to get a replacement mod. read more
