I had a consultation with Natalie for extensions at 5PM and waited almost 30 minutes to be seen when the appointment was supposed to end at 5:30. It was 5:26 when she finally called me back but even then she still had to clean her station and made no apology or even acknowledged that I had been waiting almost half an hour. Not sure why she had made an appointment available to book at 5 when she really wouldn't be available until almost 5:30, very poor planning and disrespectful to someone's time. Since the appointment said it would be 5-5:30 I had planned to be done around 5:30, not starting at that time. I've been here a few times with other stylists and have had great experiences with them but after this never going here again and definitely don't recommend Natalie if you value your time and someone who respects it. I go to salons in the area frequently and have never had to wait almost 30 minutes for an appointment, that's unacceptable anywhere. RESPONDING TO OWNER: I never said you should skip sanitizing before me. I mentioned that because it was already 5:26 and by the time you would be done cleaning your station it would have definitely been 5:30 or later. Just because you are running late with your current client doesn't mean you should disrespect the next clients time with no communication whatsoever about how late you're running. When I got there no one mentioned you were still with a client or that it would take 30 minutes, otherwise I would have rescheduled on the spot. Not sure what was wrong with my "tone" when all I said was I couldn't wait 30 minutes and had to go. I already took time out of my schedule to be there for the time I booked the appointment and was on time and respected YOUR time but you did not care about mine. Anyone would be frustrated at how this situation was handled and the lack of accountability in the response isn't surprising. If it were the other way around and I was 30 minutes late to my appointment that she was on time for with no communication or heads up whatsoever I'm sure Natalie would have felt disrespected with her time as well! read more

I booked a last minute cut, wash, and style appointment with Irene. I was able to come in same day and Irene was very kind from the start. I asked for a layered cut with face framing pieces. With having naturally curly hair, it can be challenging to receive what I am going for, but Irene, being a curly hair specialist was able to deliver EXACTLY what I asked for and was able to tame my frizz, which almost no one is ever able to do. I had made an appointment with Michael. I found him on Tik Tok was very impressed by his work. i specifically wanted side bangs which i haven't had my hair done in a couple years. As he was styling my bangs, he had the curling iron extremely close to my forehead and i didn't think anything about it. He went in to style my bangs again with the curling iron (again extremely close to my forehead) and burnt my forehead. it hurt like heck! he apologized and went on with my hair. After the session, i looked in the mirror at his work on my hair and my forehead and it didn't look that bad at first. I went to pay and he lets me know i can text him if i have any questions ect. and also made a joke about not burning my own forehead. I was very upset when i went in my car and looked at my forehead. Now the end of the day it's bad and i regret i didnt speak up at the time. My burn on my forehead is getting worse and now treating it at home. I have an event on saturday and unfortunately will have this burn on my forehead (my bangs do not cover it). I Will not be returning. I hope Michael will learn better technique with the hair tools and be cautious for future clients. read more
