So car Dealerships are notorious for bad experiences and I've had my share of them. But reviews need to be taken in context. The other three reviews I read were bad experiences and I would have felt the same way if I were in their shoes. Dealerships, regardless of vehicle manufacturer basically have three departments; Sales, Parts, and Service. There are two additional factors that drive all three departments; Product Knowledge, and Customer Service. My visit today was due to a somewhat an emergency situation. I blew a tyre (sidewall), so needed a tire replaced. I got the temporary spare on and was hobbling everywhere, sure to keep to speeds rated in the spare because I couldn't afford to blow the spare. It's Easter Monday, I arrived at the Parts department at about 11:30. From a product knowledge perspective, they understood the tyre size and speed/load rating jargon I spewed out and told me they didn't have my tyre in stock, but said they can order it and have it in about 2-3 hrs. So I booked a service appointment for 15:00 and told them to call me as soon as the tyre came in. I didn't receive a call and it was now 15:33, so I called them. They had told me they just received the tyre and was booking it into the system and generating the work order for the Service Department. I told them I would be on my way in and would arrive within 10 minutes. When I arrived, my service advisor, Heather, was not available, but another one that was free helped me as she recognized me from the morning. She tracked Heather down to let her know I was here, then took my keys to move the work along. Off to the waiting room I went. Inside there was seating for 10, with a micro kids corner. I assume the furniture was just stored there and you would bring it out if you want to use it. There was a flat panel TV opposite a counter with a water machine, a Keurig machine, and a Caffitaly machine that dispenses shits of creamy espresso. There is also a mini fridge (for staff lunches, not customer snacks)!They also have free unsecured WiFi at Blazing speeds (see pics). My tyre was replaced in 40 minutes exactly the amount of time it should have. They washed my car before returning it to me and I was back on the road within 1hr from arriving. I'm pretty sure the fact that it was a holiday for most that got me the appointment time within the same day (counting my blessings), but the staff was super friendly and accommodating none the less. My truck has had an engine light issue for several months which Richmond Hill service was not able to resolve. I made an appointment at the Vaughan location and was helped by George Fotopoulos. Even though my appointment was somehow not in the system, George made time and immediately took my jeep in. He took the time to explain the minor issue and assured me that my truck was safe for my family and myself. I will gladly return to this service centre for future appointments. I booked an appointment with the service department and I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment only to find out that I have to wait 2,5 hours for my appointment. Another person who came with no appointment and his wait time is 3 hours so it looks like there is no point of booking an appointment because they are going to waste your time anyways. When I was buying my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon I ran into bunch of other problems with the sales department and now it continues with the service department. So I strongly do not suggest Vaughan Crysler Jeep & Ram location to any prospect customer. Do yourself a favour and find a different dealership with good customer service and people skills. read more

i had a really rough time with my car over the last little bit, more specifically i destroyed my shifting cable assembly completely. so i needed to get the cables and a specific linkage that communicated/moves between the cables and the transmission. this location tried to convince me that the part i was describing, didn't exist, and because of this i would have to replace my whole transmission at 3 grand...i was luckily able to find the part and order the $20 part that didn't exist from another helpful Chrysler dealership instead. WHO DOES THAT...? "the part doesn't exist sir, you're going to have to replace the whole transmission" this is not the first time i've heard of up selling with this location either...a friend of mine came in for an oil change and a recall (two different events) and both times they recommended changing the spark plugs completely after they were only changed out 10,000-15,000kms ago, on the premise of "oh well they are used and you want the best performance possible right?" steer clear of this location at all costs...or pay the price! read more

Very misogynistic service team. A good friend of mine was treated in a very demeaning manner and told by the head sales manager, Rino, that she simply didn't understand what was happening because she "was a woman". Cannot believe this type of behaviour continues to exist in today's day and age. I would not buy a car or get my car serviced at this dealership. read more

This place is a customer service joke. The sales people are not knowledgeable and rude. I went to buy 2 Promaster vans (only a $100,000 sale) and no one seem to give a care. They were in a temporary sales trailer while under construction. The sales people were singing tunes while I was trying to make a deal ! Jesus u kidding me ???? When I asked who the sales managers sales man pointed to this fat slob sitting back in his chair like he is in his living room,,, I just walked out. Remo Ferri owns this Chrysler dealership as well as, BMW ( of which I own 2) Ferrari, Masserati dealership, Mini dealership, Fiat dealership,,, good grief Remo get rid of those Chrysler sales people and manager. Third visit here. Second visit was a fix of an insurance job. Carstar could not fix the knocking noise in the front axel while turning despite returning multiple times. Brought it here(Vaughan Chrysler) and they found the issue and fixed it properly THE FIRST TIME. I had a issue on this last visit, Victor and Adriano took care of it quickly. Was charged over $900 dollars for replacing a coil and 6 spark plugs. Labour was 4 hours. They discounted it down about $100. When I said it was excessive I was told by the service representative that she "would not take food from the mechanics kitchen table". I asked that the service manage call me as he was not in. I never received a call, this was over 3 weeks ago. I've been going to this dealership for 3 plus years. I found the customer service poor and disrespectful. Additionally went to change my oil at a quick lube and was told that I don't need synthetic oil and have an option, all the while this dealership has been ripping me off on oil changes by never giving me the option and jacking the price up over the last year from just under $80 to $130...stay away. read more

Worst service I have ever encountered. Besides maybe U-haul. My husband and I went out there at the beginning of April to look into buying a Jeep. After being there for an hour and a half listening to all the deals and shpeels... We finally signed off on the paperwork for the Jeep Patriot we wanted. We put $500 Down to hold it on the lot until the financing was cleared. 2 days later we get a call. We need your pay stubs... Well duh!! we brought those out there with us during the first visit, but they didnt make copies of anything. No ids, no pay stubs, nothing. ... And everytime we talked to someone, we were assured over and over again that we would be fine, that it would be a quick process, and that they were positive we would be cleared right away... Not the case. This began a three week nonsense of faxing papers over, waiting 2 or 3 days for an answer.. " Oh, I also forgot, Im going to need this" 2 more days goes by.. "oh.. and this. Sorry I forgot..." Then when the financing didnt work out we had co-signers. We make over 34K a year and our co-signers make over 60, all of us have good credit.. but yet still issues. Needless to say, we backed out and decided to go get our deposit back. And take it to a dealership where they do things right the first time! We called before driving out there, considering we live 30 minutes away. Everything was set and we could do get our deposit. We rented a car, drove out there.... and were told we would have to come back. Some stupid story about them not doing refunds on debit anymore because of some fraud issue... and the manager wasnt there to sign off on the cheque. Well why didnt the woman say that when we called!! Noone cared that we had been dealing with this for almost a month, and now we have to go back out a second time to get this cheque... At this point Im waiting to get out there for them to say something else stupid like " Oh I forgot how to write cheques." Just terrible!!! read more

The service centre at the Vaughan Chrysler is the worst I ever have experienced at a Chrysler Dealership. They talk to you like you are disturbing their space. They don't ask questions that need to be asked so you will have to do your research before visiting. They do ask who you were speaking to on the beginning phone call as they don't believe what you say they said. "Hey you, your car is ready." They charge more than full retail price on parts. They don't want to talk to anybody after 3:00pm so go well before that time in the day. I was told that a Windshield Washer Nozzle Kit would be $57 installed and they would have to order the part. Instead they added $40.00 plus $4 misc. charge for a total of $101 before taxes. I know its that much money as far as car repairs cost but that little piece a plastic and sealer ring cost maybe about $3. Man did I ever get suckered and with terrible treatment to boot. I have tried dealing with Vaughan Chrysler multiple times over the years and always leave feeling like they were the customer and and I was the customer (non) service reps. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR WALLETS. read more

This dealership had the vehicle in the colour I was looking for. Made an appointment to check it out. Hard to see the exterior with all the dust and dirt on it. The test drive was short as it was difficult to see out the windows. Once back inside, the salesperson was made aware that our current vehicle was not with us but would be traded in. Some numbers were given, and we left. Follow up e-mails from the dealer gave an almost there number on the trade and a further discount on the vehicle over what we had discussed. We made an appointment and specifically asked that the vehicle be washed. It was. The salesperson then disappeared on back and forth trips to the sales manager. The tipping point was there was no improvement on the trade and the extra discount offer made via e-mail was "a misunderstanding". We left, never to return. read more

Do not go to this dealership. Chased these guys for 3 months for 2nd key to the truck I purchased. Remote keys are expensive and they assured me they would get it. Never happened. Nothing but lies and run around. Sirous Azimi sales person was brutal. I will never go back to this dealership. read more

I took my 2 year old new Jeep Wrangler to Chrysler Vaughan on March 12, 2018 (just happened to be close and for convenience) to have my wiper blades changed and for synthetic oil. The car is religiously maintained elsewhere. They called me (and on my request) sent me an email with the following costs: Rear pads and rotors wearing unevenly, need to be changed $555 (labour and parts: front brake service $120; brake fluid change $110; fuel and induction service $212; replace front wiper blades 58.60 = $1,055.60 +HST. I nearly had a heart attack. I refused the service and asked them to change my synthetic oil (which they did for a hefty price of $115.52 +HST). I took it to my own mechanic and asked him to check all the parts the told me (without telling him why). The result: My front brakes are nearly brand new; my rear brakes have another 15,000 km life at 40%. My bill? Two wiper blades parts and labour $22.50 + HST! What a SHAME! Real crooks. And I bought the car from them (plus previous cars)! Definitely, the last time they saw me and my family. read more
