If I could give zero Stars I would . This is the most unprofessional scammy place I have ever dealt with . I paid $7,000 up front because I was told I was getting a brand new enclosed mobility scooter . I paid the money and then waited a month and a half for delivery even though I had been told that once it was paid I would have it within 48 hours . After a month and a half of waiting and calling at least 15 times and never getting a return phone call I finally called down and said I wanted my money back since it seemed that nothing was coming . They had sent the invoice which said new mobility scooter . The owner bitched in complained that he had to pay $1,000 to ship it up here. That is not my problem . But yet he mentioned it several times like I should feel bad that he has to pay to ship it . When it got here I was told I was getting a floor model that had been scraped in the showroom but it was new . It got here and the fairing in the front was broken it had obviously been in an accident . The headlights back camera and back brake lights did not work on the right side of the vehicle nor did the windshield wiper . But here's the best part it actually had 1600 km on it . After they had the nerve to send me an invoice that said new . I called down and said I was returning it to which they said that they did not accept returns . I told them that I had a call recorder on my phone which I do and I had the whole conversation with his salesman recorded in which there was no mention of prior owner accident mileage used none of those words came up . I told him I would take him to small claims court at which point he said to bring it back and he would give me back my money . I live in Sudbury so they were located a couple hours away and I'm not sure if they do this to everybody cuz they're just assholes or if they just did it to me because they figured I was far enough away I wouldn't be able to return it . I have never seen such dishonest underhanded unreputable Behavior from a place that is supposed to be a business . My advice to anyone who is thinking of maybe going here would be run . Run very far and don't look back . I'm happy to say that I went to ride the wind mobility scooters and I had one in a week and a half ship to me and I am very happy with it as it is actually new . I'm disabled and they took advantage of me think what they would do to somebody that's not they sold me what was supposed to be a brand new enclosed mobility scooter for $8,000 when it was shipped to me over 30 days late it was used and had concealed damage it had been in an accident and they bonded it and covered it with a sticker I have video evidence of the scooter coming off of the delivery truck with the sticker on the scooter they say that I did the damage but there is no way I could have damage the scooter without damaging that sticker also I would have never been able to damage it and Bondo it within 48 hours of reporting the damage on top of that door locks were broken air conditioner did not work and now I've had it and batteries don't work if I didn't live 3000 miles away and wasn't in a different country I would have dropped this off on their doorstep and demanded a refund the nerve of them to say that I am just trying to get it for free boggles my mind there have been so many sleepless nights stressing over this they've ruined the whole experience for me shame on them do not repeat do not go there they are crooks read more

I purchased my ATV in Feb. 2021 not even five minutes after starting it and riding it, it started to smoke and the rear brake didn't work. After checking it I found the brake line melted. Who ever put it together put the brake line on wrong and it was resting on the muffler. I call Kanis Power Sports about this and was told to not worry about it that they would ship me a new line in a couple days. It's eight months later and no brake line, just every excuse possible. They never returned any phone calls and when I do get the salesman Max, he keeps telling me that he would look into it and he would call me back. But that never happens. Was going to buy two ATV'S for my grand children to ride with me on the trails behind my place, but I will not ever buy anything at Kanis, and anyone thinking of buying there should go somewhere else. I purchased a scooter for my son before Sept 20th. After riding it once it started to make weird noises. A week later he brought it in. So it has been at Kanis for about 4 weeks now. After many phone calls about the status of the scooter, many promises that they will call you back, no one has reached out to us. This is disgusting. I guess I will be making a trip to the store in person to find out what is going on with a brand new scooter. Worst customer service ever. I don't know why they think that their time is any more important than mine. I will not recommend them to anyone. Update 11/06/2021 - I called another 2 times and again no call back. I finally spoke to someone yesterday and all of a sudden I get a very shady response that the scooter can be picked up ( I got the feeling that nothing got done on the scooter). Sure enough go in today to pick it up and scooter is still behaving the same way. Battery is at level 1 when going at high speed and it only goes to 3 bars when going slow. The guy at Kanis tells me it's supposed to be that way. What a bunch of bullshit. Nothing was done on the scooter. For a scooter that cost $565, that is unacceptable. And not to mention the scooter is filthy. I want my money back and will go somewhere else that cares about their customers! I am going to file a complaint with better business bureau about their fraud tactics! Another update: Just compared the model of the scooter they gave my son today which supposedly was his new scooter he brought in to be fixed and it's a different model number than what is on the new box that he still has at home and it's a 2008 scooter. I Bought worth $8,800 ATV in this Kanis Power Sports. I do have a good conversation with the sale man telling me that he will give me another $100 discount if i can pick it up myself. To make long story short, I did pick it up myself since they didn't delivery as promised. I was expecting a refund of $100 but when I called a dozen mostly they never pick up my call. at one point I spoke when the owner and he told me they never give refund or the sales man can get it from his own pocket. I purchased an ATV for my son back in October 2020. I called in to see if I could get a couple things wrong with covered under warranty and the gentleman on the phone raised his voice at me and treated me very poorly. I was upset for a couple hours after the phone call and was able to repair the ATV myself so I will never go back to Kanis Motorsports for anything. read more

When you buy something you have to make sure all the bolts are tight as if they don't give u the product already built and the product they sell is no good at all I've bought a dirt bike for 1,350 and I had it for about 2 months and it already needs about 7 parts and I haven't even took it to the dirt trails yet and I also I've had to replace the tire 4 times the first month and every single time I went to buy the tire tubes they treated me as if I was a pet or sum acting like they don't want me In the store so if ur looking to buy something for outdoors do NOT buy it from here . read more
