They charge me $129 for showing up. 3 days go by with no follow up call with a quote. When I called, there seemed to be confusion around getting me a quote. I was told that the master electrician would call on Monday with my quote. Surprised by that, I asked, "why would an electrician call me when the job had nothing to do with electrical?" I could not get an answer to that. Monday comes and no call. It's now been a few weeks and I've never heard back nor received service for what I paid for. Was my first time calling looking for a new heating and cooling service. Will never call this company again. My mistake was paying the $129 before receiving what I should have received.

Harry was one of several responses but stood out immediately. He was quick to confirm stopping by next day to provide an estimate--and , then, he actually did. He provided a timely estimate within the window he anticipated. And, even with my delayed response and questions he continued to be timely. He answers his phone. After the back and forth, and revised estimate (I asked for info on a diff model), he replaced my entire system within a week. I was blown away by his promptness, professionalism, and follow through--all attributes difficult to find in the Lakes Region, New Hampshire. He also provided a slightly lower quote than the couple others received. Although I was on a tight budget, he would of been worth extra if it came to that. It's only been a couple of weeks but so far so good. The take away is: I'm confident that if any installation problems arise within the year, he will resolve them with confidence. Just an all around great decision to go with him. Would give 10 stars if possible.
