First off, Amy, the catering manager, did everything she could to serve us in a short notice, even though they had other wedding that day. We met with her and got an in-person menu explanation, then taste testing with the chef, Matt. He was so knowledgeable about what meals travelled well and when my husband didn't like the topping on the chicken (since he doesn't like mushrooms, even though I LOVE mushrooms), the chef was willing to switch the sauce with the one we both loved. Highly recommend their sirloin and airline chicken! The week of the event, Amy and her assistant came out to my private resident venue (yes - my covid venue) and scoped out the best spot for the buffet line and serving stations. She dropped off the linens for us prior too and was willing to pick them up after the event was done. On the day of the wedding, Amy offered to get my husband and I our plates so we didn't have to stress about waiting in line! HOW AWESOME! Seriously they went above and beyond. They also packaged the bags so full that the bags busted open and the food was unusable. But they won't take responsibility for that either--as they "aren't responsible for food after they leave." My only mild complaint is that back in the day they had a platter where you could sample 3 meats for like $17 or $20, which was the holy grail of barbecue experience. Nowadays you need to buy 1/2 pound minimum of each meat which can make it tough to sample their all-star lineup of succulent meats. If this were to make a return, I'd be at Two Scott's weekly. That green sauce was straight fire, and that Alabama weight style also nice for cooling things off. But if all of them were fantastic, and it was fun to make a match and find your favorite combo as we demolished the entirety of the order. Which is funny because when we placed it, we were kind of thinking this sounds like a lot of food and we didn't want any leftovers, but there were no leftovers to account for not because we ordered and forced ourselves because it was that good and we needed every bite available.
