Overpriced! I bought a basic medium size/small size pipe for $16, I know glass isn't cheap but keep in mind, I worked for a wholesale smoking supplier and also worked at smoke shops in the past so to have your cheapest pipe priced at $10 just seems very price gouging Also, when I got home, I realize that I should've got a bubbler. Only because pipes don't have the smoothest hit sometimes and unless you have a catcher, then you can swallow the green and that's really unpleasant. I called and spoke to an associate who said she needed to talk to her boss I could exchange the pipe for the bubbler ( I hadn't even took the price tag off the pipe yet, it was unused) I called her back, probably 30 minutes later to get an update and she was told that she could not do the exchange and when I asked why she told me that if there was nothing wrong with the pipe, then we couldn't do returns or exchanges. From a business sense, if a customer decided that they would rather come back into the shop to spend more money on a product. I would let them do the exchange, especially if they didn't even put their lips to the pipe yet. You get more money from the customer, you get a returning customer and you'd get a better yelp review but that's just me. read more

After moving to the area I happened upon vault by proximity, close to home. While the prices are a bit steep the had a decent selection and the distance was great. The issue was buying some of their gummies (THC-A) I was told that these were the strongest at 200mg per gummy. Being a three puffs to happy land kind of person I thought this meant the gummies would last a long time. After taking 3 gummies(600mg) and waiting several hours I was disappointed. While I got a very mild calming feeling it wasn't anything close to much lower dose gummies from legit shops. I brought the gummies back and was told there was nothing they could do except give me a 10% discount on more gummies. I'm sorry but $49.99 plus the tax for trash gummies is not what I call good business. I would rather drive a bit further for better service and a quality product. I wish them all the best, just not a business I'll be returning to. read more

I've been coming to this location for years. I was happy to see the new owners take over and completely revamp the entire store. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing but also organized and has a wide variety of products geared towards any type of customer. I had a unlucky experience with a product and luckily the owner overheard me explaining to his employees Jonah & Nathan ( who are both more than helpful every time I come in). He almost immediately offered to replace the product and or give me my money back to purchase a new one. The customer service is excellent, the employees are both knowledgeable and friendly, and the owner is a class act! 10/10 would recommend any and all to visit this location and give it a try! This place is beautiful for a smoke shop. There are new owners and very clean and professional. Very good customer service and easy to find everything. They also have everything for vapes, cape flavors and Cartier of brands, CBD, hookah, hookah flavors. The employees are also very helpful and super nice they know their stuff too.
