Some of the seasoned workers are fical, and will I have heard them making fun of customers in front of other customers. Thats not cool, and should be really kept to themselves. Its not high school. Only because pipes don't have the smoothest hit sometimes and unless you have a catcher, then you can swallow the green and that's really unpleasant. I called and spoke to an associate who said she needed to talk to her boss I could exchange the pipe for the bubbler ( I hadn't even took the price tag off the pipe yet, it was unused) I called her back, probably 30 minutes later to get an update and she was told that she could not do the exchange and when I asked why she told me that if there was nothing wrong with the pipe, then we couldn't do returns or exchanges. From a business sense, if a customer decided that they would rather come back into the shop to spend more money on a product. I would let them do the exchange, especially if they didn't even put their lips to the pipe yet. You get more money from the customer, you get a returning customer and you'd get a better yelp review but that's just me.

So much African and Worldly Artisan decor and assessories. I love the wood carved statues, masks and instruments and jewelry. There are a lot of treasures here if you have the patience to walk through and look. Great prices and the staff, Mary and Cos are so genuine. Cos can sometimes be a bit quite and reserved, even stand offish especially at first, but he's a really great guy and has great suggestions and even gives me special offers sometimes. They are one of the oldest small businesses in Santa Clarita (30+ YEARS) and are a real treasure to the community. I wish they had some volunteers to help clean up and organize the place, I think it could really become a great REAL World Market/ Retro type of shop with the right makeover. Don't let first looks turn you away, this place has remarkable finds and the staff are the nicest people in town. I am grateful to have Infinity Ends for my decor and recreational needs.
