I've been in tears over this. She knew that I wasn't happy at all as she had to try and keep "fixing" whatever she did. She of course charged me for the biggest waste of $36 I have ever spent and said don't tip me as I am the owner and don't need one. WHAT great the owner ruined my hair and my day.
