I shouldn't have paid the $300 - my husband said he is disputing it- the woman who did my hair was very nice but WAY WAY over her head and she booked three woman during my time- this is the only time in my entire life where I am literally sitting in bed typing this and crying because I went to this place and they ruined my hair. like literallly RUINED my hair which I have taken so much pride in caring for it. Natika - you are a nice person but during my 5- yes 5 hours there you gave one woman a shampoo and blow out, did roots and blow out of another and started highlights on another- you were way over your head, like you were booking everyone to make money but at the sacrifice of paying no attention to your clients hair. I blame myself for not reading the right reviews- this is not at all what i paid for and I should have walked out the moment I walked in and the place was literally empty....no lights on, she had to power up the ac- oh- and the four or so times I was at the sink to try another toner to fix my hair-ice water- there was no hot water - I am sorry because I hate causing anyone issues but I cannot in good faith not warn people to please consider another location or facility.
