After I paid $750.00 to have a toilet installed and 2 months had passed he came back to see if the pump would work and told me no, the toilet would not accommodate solid waste..After contacting a plumber I found out the pump was just fine.. He obviously had no ide what he was doing if he couldn't figure out the pump..WHY did he install the toilet before he checked out the pump? He never offered to change the pump...Had I not contacted a plumber I would have never know the toilet was fine...
