Our project consisted of extensive drywall repairs after trim and chair rail removal. Painting, Wallpapering a 25ft stairwell, stairway railings, door painting and of course ceilings and trim. The photos don't do the job justice as we had work upstairs, downstairs, and even a repair job to the side of the house from water damage. Steve's employees were extremely skilled, fast, neat perfectionists. They weren't beginners or summer college students. They were very experienced at what they do. The price stuck at exactly what he quoted even though there were some adjustments here and there. The wallpaper job was exemplary and we were very particular about that aspect because it was custom wallpaper and very expensive. Steve is not a pressure salesman and he just does what he says he's going to do, and the work was perfect and fast. He got paint and glue all over our new marble, tile, and trim, which he never cleaned. Glue was all in the controller for the heated floors, which needed to be replaced. And the prep he did for the wallpaper was inadequate. Instead of smooth wallpaper, you can see every spot where he didn't prep well, which caused lumps throughout the bathroom. Some of the paper is peeling because he did not install it properly and there is a random 2 inch strip in the middle of a wall because he didn't plan right. Finally, we had to constantly check his work because he was leaving bubbles everywhere. We were so disappointed in the work he did and will eventually need it redone.

We spoke with "others" who were unable to at least provide an estimated cost range to replace the siding other than to offer: "time & materials" once they started the job. Fresh Coat was able to provide a reasonable "ballpark" estimate which they came in just under. After a power-washing, they applied two coats of top-quality paints to the siding and all trims including two storm doors. We also changed the color so we know that there are no missed spots.
