On the fourth rescheduling of the hearing she canceled on me and recused herself. She claimed that the financial documentation that I was giving her as evidence of my finances was not good enough. I ended up representing myself and winning the case on my own. Of course, Ms. Cuellar never refunded the $1500.00 retainer fee that she charged me. Also, pertinent financial documentation that I had given Ms. Cuellar was never returned. Instead her office mailed it out to an old address of mine in another county. So she stole my money and lost financial records of mine that included bank statements along with my social security number and copies of my drivers license. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. It is fine that they were uninterested in doing the "Comprehensive Patentability Search", but they should have said so after the first discussion and the paperwork I filled out. They also have a money back guarantee if there is no IP found......yet the only guarantee with this firm is they won't return your calls and there is no way to contact them directly by email if there is an issue. I do have a signed contract but I think they hope $2k isn't worth pursuing in court. I think the court of public opinion can take this one then.
