I enjoyed the process of design with them and they did listen to my concerns and ideas as well as considering our budget. The quote came in way over budget. After some time, we changed the scope of the project some and Red branch re-bid on the project and came in at a lower cost. I'm not sure if that was the problem, but the quality of what we received at completion versus what was discussed was two different things. I have already had to have things fixed and the project has been completed less than a year. The gates have had to be entirely redone. There are a few more things that need to be fixed but will have to wait due for financial reasons. Additionally, when I was working with them I thought the majority of the work would be completed by them or at least other contractors that they had worked with. Ultimately, I found out that they bid out my project to other local contractors that they had not worked with. I have had to hire additional people to complete the job and fix the things they did poorly. I am very disappointed by their work and honestly their character. It was not what I expected when I hired them at all.

As a retired licensed architect typically does, I obtained several estimates to repair it. Four quality roofers all said that the metal roof was improperly installed with a number of Z-Clips missing, and the only solution was to remove the metal roof and replace it with a fortified shingle roof. Estimates for this were between $35,000 and $48,000. Replacing the metal roof was quoted at $65,000. Another friend recommended Gafford Roofing. I called, and they arrived quickly. Mr. Gafford said, "We can repair your roof, and you do not need to replace it." Their price was exceptionally reasonable, and two years later, we have NO roof leakage. Their leak expert had to return a couple of times as they tried different solutions, and I credit him and the Gaffords with finding the causes and correcting them.
