Klarisana has saved my son's life. We've been everywhere and done everything to help with his…read moretreatment resistant. While Ketamine is a wonderful, proven therapy, it is extremely important to find the right healthcare provider. We've been to both of Klarisana's locations and love it here! I never thought I would get my son back. And while there is not a cure for his illness, Klarisana has been the best decision we've made in finding our miracle!

I spoke to Gabi over a 15min discovery call. She is the…read morerudest person I've ever 'spoken' with. Not only did she 'correct' me on several occasions when I was referring to IV possibilities, saying 'AGAIN, LIKE I SAID BEFORE, ITS IM THERAPY', at least 8 different times, but she treated me like a child over the phone. I'm 52, almost 53, so I've got more patience than I want to possess. Gabi is NOT recommended for a quick 15min call. I'd rather talk to my Dog. Gabi, also interrupted me MULTIPLE TIMES & stated with disdain, 'LET ME FINISH WHAT I'M SAYING!', as if I interrupted her with an expression of not understanding her overly bearing phone etiquette. Gabi needs to LEARN & REALIZE that she is NOT above patients or just people in general. I WAS looking forward to the call, but she caused me even MORE C-PTSD & ANXIETY than any other Mental Health Clinic ever has. She also hung up on me towards the end! I was wishing her a great rest of her upcoming weekend, but before I could wish her well, (which I had to really keep my disappointment & frankly, high blood pressure that was rising inside of me in at bay). I DO NOT RECOMMEND KLARISANA SOLELY BECAUSE OF THIS 'HOLIER THAN THOU', NARCISSISTIC, EGO- TRIPPING PERSON, GABI, based on her tone of speech, her choices of verbiage, and her blatant and intentional RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR... *HOWEVER, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHOENIX MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC IN SAN ANTONIO ON MEDICAL DRIVE INSTEAD*. THE STAFF THERE ARE COMPASSIONATE, CARING AND KNOW EACH PERSON BY NAME & PREFERENCES! OVERALL, BECAUSE OF GABI, WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE CALMING, PROFESSIONAL & FRANKLY, KIND...ESPECIALLY AT A MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC WHO IS SUPPOSED TO CARE FOR people suffering with CPTSD, SEVERE ANXIETY, SEVERE DEPRESSION & everything else under the sun, I WILL spread the word of how I was treated by GABI. As a person who knows their own High Value, intelligent enough in discretion & discernment of Right from Wrong and also a BREATHING PERSON who doesn't tolerate blatant rudeness or disrespect, will always choose a compassionate clinic, that possesses & actually PRACTICES, genuine kindness and most of all, a Mental Health Clinic that practices and believes in Humility. GABI SHOULD NOT BE A 1ST CONTACT PRESENCE, OF ANY CLINIC OF ANY KIND. SHE HAS CAUSED ME UNEXCUSABLE HARM & DISDAIN.

She does not even take my Insurance, however, she knew I needed help, I needed it fast, and I needed a Christian Therapist and she has taken me anyway. She is very passionate about her profession and she actually cares for her patients. She is kind, she listens, and gives tools to help understand what or why we go through what we are going through. She has helped write books that deal with various issues and she has given me two of them and gives me homework to help me to figure out things on my own so they make more sense than just her giving me her opinion. She is an amazing lady, strong in Fait, and prays for me and family, anytime I message her that I need help. But most importantly, she prays WITH me in session and when we pray, I can feel the Holy Spirit in the room with us. Because of her Godly love, I feel better mentally than I have in a long time. I highly recommend her with complete confidence that you or anyone who sees her will appreciate her and will stay. Mrs. Turner, you are my rock. Thank you.

San Antonio peeps: This is the perfect place for you if you are willing to go in with an open mind…read moreand heart, as well as an understanding that this is a system trying to assist numerous people who need as much as, less, the same, or much more aide than you in that moment. The circumstances that brought you here can't be changed, but what CAN change are your current and future experiences. Yes, there will be times where you are uncomfortable and you may feel alone or unheard, but everyone in there does to some extent - however, the staff is open to your requests and though they may not be fulfilled IMMEDIATELY or it seems like they're distracted (they have paperwork, cleaning maintenance, and other patients, etc. too you know ;p). I've read some of the reviews, and in full transparency, after a brief stint in most unsanitary conditions, I was eternally grateful for a water-stained shower (I wiped it first, nothing came off) and the snacks/food provided and we always had water, and basic necessary toiletries available (something else they don't care about in the other place I was). Plus, there are so many opportunities to socialize and explore your thoughts - like group therapy and smoke breaks if you're a smoker. I suggest you have your own pack, but they also have "community" packs. Sometimes the community packs are all out, but by that time if you've been able to break out of your comfort zone a little bit you'll likely have made a friend willing to give you a half stick if you ask from their personal stash (shout out to y'all reading this that were there with me and shared/gave full stick!). This is a group environment, but they have games, books, worksheets, coloring books, markers, etc. available. Keep in mind this is only one, group form of therapy, and within it, you have a role to play. So play! :D Really sit with the resources and yourself and if you identify something you need/want/ or want more information on tell your group leader, Dr., therapist, or any one of the workers there and if they need to, they will either relay the information for you when they can or help set up a meeting with the person you need. If you're considering going here, I suggest you start with any diagnosis/medication you've been given and your experience with it/them and research it using Google, articles, ChatGPT. Then you can go in (or maybe even find a more suitable healthcare system) and when you have an opening tell the right person (Dr, therapist, group leader) what you've learned about yourself and they can add their expertise so that together y'all can come up with a gameplan that you're actually excited to work with! Don't think of this as a place where you'll get a quick fix to all the problems - you won't get it. The reality is you won't get a fast resolution anywhere. BUT every moment, no matter the circumstance, is a start. And this place is a great sandbox to start playing in. YOU are always going to be the expert on yourself, so gather enough facts about you, take them here and see where the opportunity to explore 1+ of those facts will be. Whether you go here or not, I am praying you find your peace and happiness within yourself - you're truly the only one who can provide that for yourself (with a little bit of help from some experts in their fields!). Let the Higher Authorities and your drive to feel happiness even in the darkest of times guide you! Shout out also to all the staff - thank you for helping me in every way you did and have and are continuing to do. I believe you understand the depth of my gratitude. :_)3AO

My poor rating is based on the long wait to get in, see someone just to have them tell me to see someone else for testing and someone else for counseling. It felt like I was being evaluated to see if I fit, which wouldn't have been an issue if I had actually been offered a name of someone they thought could help me instead of " one of our counselors". I have feeling like I waited for nothing since I paid to have someone sit at a computer and ask me a questionnaire then still tell me to get tested with a different Dr (in house of course) and counseled with a different person (also in house but no assistance whatsoever in whom I might pair well with). Dr. Deeves seems like a professional woman but maybe too much so. There was little to no connection and I felt awkward like I was being tested to measure the value of my issues and in the end I obviously did not rate high enough because she didn't offer to see me again just pushed the referred testing and told me to have a great day. I was also unimpressed with a Dusty office space, not just for the lack of cleanliness but I'm asthmatic and allergic to dust so I'll likely be needing to use a rescue inhaler at some point today. Very disappointed, followed by a visit to the front counter to find the Dr for testing is booked a month out and none of the counselors had availability until mid September. I've already found a different office through PSI with a Dr willing to see me Monday that would actually be the person to counsel me as well.
