I can't say enough nice things about this wonderful gift and flower shop. I enjoyed shopping here during the sip and stroll event in the downtown square- what a fun event. The flower arrangements here are beautiful, and the gift ideas will help you cross off a ton of gifts for many people on your list. I bought for friends, as well as for myself. I came to the sip and stroll with my dear friend who just moved to the area, she said she always wanted to pop in the shop, but never had time when she was downtown. She said she had received several beautiful bouquets from them. We both found many wonderful treasures in the shop. I don't live local, but this shop is a must when I am in town next. After returning home, I noticed an overcharge on an item. I called the shop, and it was handled promptly and professionally by Kim. Both Kim and Mindy are the sweetest. Both reminding me why it's important to get out and support small businesses, and not just shop from Amazon I bought the cutest candy corn socks for my self and a girlfriend. We volunteer at a local animal rescue, we dress the pups up and take them out on field trips in the community. Not sure how we didn't have Halloween socks yet. But thanks to this wonderful boutique- now we do!!! Plus, an adorable coffee mug that I use all the time, and reminds me of my wonderful trip to see my bestie and the great Sip and Stroll event. When a custom gift order from another seller failed to arrive for my dear friend's 40th birthday, I scrambled to save the day as I searched for local delivery services in her area. I didn't particularly want to send flowers or even a plant, but I initially struggled to find something I liked and thought she would like too. That's when I came across Veda's site and found a birthday balloon bouquet with a birthday dachshund (not real, of course -- the dog, that is.) I liked the bright, cheery colors shown in the photo, so I decided to go with it. I ordered it very close to the same day cutoff time, so I would not have been surprised if they had not delivered until the following day. However, not only was it delivered same day, she was texting me a big "Thank You!" in mere hours! Very impressed with how fast they got this bouquet to her. I knocked off a star for the price. It was steep...especially after adding taxes and fees. Um yeah, major yikes. Being new to the area I decided to take my daughter around the square downtown to check things out. We came upon Veda's on our walk and checked it out. It was right after Christmas so we got to see all the cute winter decor. They had tons of gifts I wish I would have seen before the holidays! I told myself I'll go Christmas shopping next year though. They had lots of Tennessee related items and even a handful of Tennessee transplant items for transplants like me! There was a sizable selection of gorgeous jewelry and a variety of charming home decor. The staff there was so pleasant to us as well. There was a younger lady working the front desk as well as another woman who came from the back. They even opened some inventory that had just arrived so my daughter could see it. It was the cutest little elephant that sang song. Unfortunately you daughter was terrified of it but it really was extremely cute. I can definitely say I will return here again. read more

Visited this cute little shop last week. Was very impressed with the variety of gifts for sale. The owner and her daughters were very friendly and we chatted quite a bit. My daughter's birthday was Monday. As she lives in Murfreesboro and I don't, I searched online for a downtown florist. I found Veda's on the Public Square and I could not be more satisfied with my choice. I spoke with Rhonda on the phone and with a few suggestions about my girl's fave colors and the fact that she's a "crazy cat lady", Rhonda came up with the perfect arrangement. I asked for balloons, too, and even though they don't have them at their shop, Rhonda sent their delivery person out to get the balloons. When the arrangement was ready, she messaged me a pic.
