I can't thank this incredible team enough for saving Sampson's life. When he needed an emergency…read moresplenectomy back in April , I was terrified--but from start to finish, every single person treated Sampson with exceptional care, love, and professionalism. Jasmine helped guide us through the consult on Monday, making sure all our questions were answered. Erin was there early the morning of surgery and made check-in feel calm and reassuring. Dr. Walker performed the surgery flawlessly, and thanks to Dr. Granone, who oversaw his anesthesia, and Ashley, who managed it during surgery, I knew he was in the safest hands possible. Post-op, his recovery was nurtured by the most compassionate nursing care I could ask for--Andrea, Calista, and Jenna went above and beyond every single day. They treated Sampson like family, not just a patient. I got the best updates and pictures from them which helped me feel at ease Without this team, I would have lost a piece of me. Because of their dedication, skill, and heart, Sampson is still with me. I will forever be grateful. This team didn't just save his life--they gave me mine back

My dog was not simply a pet -- he was a beloved member of my family for over 10 years and an important part of my daughter's childhood. However, when I arrived on February 24, 2026, to pick up his ashes, I was informed that the paw and nose prints had been lost. I was further told by the front desk employee that the prints were merely a "courtesy" and not included in the cremation cost. While I understand policies may vary, the issue is not whether the prints were included in the price. The issue is that I was explicitly told they would be provided. I was given the expectation that something meaningful and irreplaceable would be preserved -- and that commitment was not honored. If this was truly a courtesy, it should not have been presented to me as a promised memorial item. Informing a grieving family that something special will be done, only to later admit it was lost, adds unnecessary pain to an already heartbreaking situation. There is no opportunity now to recreate those prints. That moment has passed forever. During one of the most vulnerable experiences a family can endure, compassion and care matter deeply. The response I received lacked empathy and professionalism, which only compounded the grief my family is experiencing. I am deeply disappointed in how this was handled.

She was a senior bunny and gi stasis kicked in from what the tech told me though it wasn't definitive. She did pass away. The staff was kind and compassionate. My daughter and I went yesterday to get her body to bury her. The staff was still compassionate and kind. It was a horrible ending to what I hope would be her coming home with me. I am so sad but I would take any of my animals back there. I had a great experience with staff...Just unfortunately my bunny didnt make it. She was stable at least 4 hours after her surgery. Sometimes rabbits are so fragile. We wrapped her in a blanket that said I love you. Wrote letters and put flowers on her. They gave us a little coffin box with her name in pretty letters. She is now resting with my other bunny who died in 2022. I am sad of course but...the Neel team from entrance to exit..was wonderful.

I have lost all respect for Neel Vet Hospital. I believe it's all about the money. My dog decided…read moreto dig in a mole track and got into some mole poison in the hole. I contacted the manufacturer of the product and they have a veterinarian consultant who informed me to get the dog to a vet asap. This is a vet who is familiar with the product and effects. I go to Neels and they want us to call a disease center which costs $89 just to start a new case for the Neel vet to consult with. Why? The Neel vet didn't want to talk to the vet associated with the product manufacturer who knows the product. That's the first red flag. Next they want to keep the dog overnight and charge upwards of $1500. So the tech who was explaining the vets treatment plan finally says after I balk on the expensive treatment, " You could give her some Milk of Magnesium." It's all about the money. More background on this. When I talked to the vet associated with the manufacturer they said the dog would have some symptoms between 15 minutes and 4hours of ingesting. I told him she vomited 3 times. He said to have her checked out immediately. He set up a case and said to have the vet call him. So the trip to Neel. I gave them the phone number and case number, but they didn't want to call them. Neel said they have to call the hotline that wanted to charge me.
