There were also other problems with the work. Tile around my bathtub was removed to inspect a faucet and was never put back, and one of the fence pickets that was repaired has already fallen off. Before leaving this review, I contacted the business through Yelp to give them one final opportunity to address these issues. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of follow-through and communication.
