Very responsive and provided a lot of insight. With her help we were able to file the eviction court papers in a very timely manner as well as a constable lockout order. With Covid I've dealt with multiple eviction companies because I'm a working class landlord and can't afford an attorney. Just been trying to navigate and learn and read and listen with paying the bare minimal to get these people out and not loose my house. This company is by far the best out there the nicest customer service and the cheapest. I felt like lawyers were trying to get money for stuff that didn't make sense. This company doesnt play games and tells it to you straight based off of what they know and I've finally gotten these scam artists out of my house. Do me and every other small working class landlord a favor and dont ever put a governor in office that decides an eviction moratorium and shutting down small businesses was a good ideal. The study out of John Hopkins and Florida both had it right. All the lock downs did was destroy small businesses and peoples Lives. I know that I've aged a few extra years because of the illegal actions of governor sisolak. Look up the definition of fascist and you will see that the liberals of this country are the true fascists targeting working people and treating the young and able in this country as victims. Im the victim here and now I need to find a way to get back 10000 dollars I'm still owed and I'm lucky i didn't loose my house. Very please with the service. We have tenants that was stalling and did not vacate after notice expired on 10/4. Even took the time to extend the stay and filed to court which was set for 11/30.
