I had never used an eviction company b4, & I defiantly would stay clear of this place!! Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong from the very beginning, until the end, then 6 months later, tenant is still in my home & when I told them they haven't done crap for me except take my money , then I get an email from Alexis saying "It's not my fault that you dont get it (calling me stupid ) that I've told you several times & there's nothing more we can do for you , therefore you'll need to find someone else to represent you! She breached her contract w me & they set you up to fail, rather than help you! Then I pay $300 to have their attorney represent me in court, & he calls me a week b4 our court date telling me we filed the wrong eviction on my tenant & bc of that , we won't win in court, & I said so what does that mean? He said that you're gonna have to start all over & pay $340 again! So I pay again & also pay $300 again to have their attorney represent me. Day of court & im the 1st one the judge calls up & no attorney there to represent me! They did credit my account back for the $300, but if I had known this was a Mickey Mouse operation, I would have never hired them, bc right when we were getting close to getting my tenant out , they bail on me & never completed what I paid them for! I promise you...they are not out to help you! SAVE YOUR MONEY...DO NOT USE THIS EVICTION COMPANY....USE "LEAVITT EVICTION", bc Southern evictions will drop you flat on your face & then won't answer your calls or return email msgs! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... I was grieving the death of my fiancé that had just passed away in October 2024, which caused me to do this eviction & in the process, I was also getting evicted from the house my fiancé & I had lived in for the last 15 years bc his son wanted to sell the house, so I had 60 days to pack up a 2,500 sf home & get all my stuff to storage & had no one to help me! My life was shattered & I couldn't retain anything that anyone had said to me at that time bc I was in & out of court, bc this family couldn't do enough diabolical things to me , & then they transferred the deed to my home into their name, so I had to hire another attorney bc they forged my name & the notary's name & then destroyed my home! They tore a huge whole in the ceiling that went thru to the roof, & when it rained, all that water just poured in the house ! Then for good measure, they just tore the whole garage door completely off & I had all of this going on all at the same time, so shame on southern evictions for saying such a thing to me when they have no idea what is going on in someone's life b4 throwing stones at someone, & im not just someone ...I was their client! They are the most disrespectful people ever that only care about taking your money, not out to help you! 1st thing that happened...went on a 3 way call w Alexis & told her my story about my tenant so we would know which eviction to serve my tenant . Within 4 days, my tenant sent in her statement stating she was a tenancy at will , but my realtor who was working w me told them to file a 7 day no pay or quit. Alexis heard my story that my tenant has never paid me a dime since it was my fiancés sister living in the home & he had recently passed. Long story short, that's why I hired an eviction company bc they are supposed to be the professionals to tell me & guide me in the right direction, but instead, let us file the wrong eviction & didn't tell me until a week b4 our court date, so the tenant had already used 30 days of her 60, but instead of telling me in the 1st week when they got the tenants statement knowing we filed the wrong one, they chose to wait 30 days to tell me which means not only did they make me lose 30 days w this tenant, but they make you start all over w the 30 days & PAY ALL OVER AGAIN! So I had to pay this eviction company twice...a total of $680 for nothing ! WORDS OF ADVICE...IF YOUR A LANDLORD, DO MOT GO THRU AN EVICTION COMPANY TO GET YOUR TENANT OUT, BC YOU WILL GET MILKED & 6 MONTHS LATER, TENANT WILL STILL BE IN YOUR HOME! HIRE AN EVICTION ATTORNEY BC THEY WILL HAVE YOUR TENANT OUT IN EITHER THE 30 OR 60 DAYS & YOU'LL BE DONE! Southern evictions dragged mine out for 6 months...it took me a year to get those squatters out of my house!And the law doesn't want to help you either ..they tell you it's a civil matter, so your on your own unless you want to take matters into your own hands bc no one wants to help you & the judge is on the squatters side & will keep giving them more time , so go thru an attorney ! I wish i had this info when I was going thru mine ! please don't waste your time with this company! read more

She walked me through every bit step-by-step the attorneys with their facility or nothing short of remarkable. They walked me through every step of the way, so I understood what was going on and gave their best suggestion on how to make a go smooth Due to the limited timeline, I was on they were able to push it through and everything was 100% on the upper up and legal with the court system In a few emails, everything was done. Be careful and find another company to do your services. They are bad at returning calls and emails. They do not follow-thru with what they say the are working on your case and will lie. I basically would not hear back from them on status of case ( for days or even several weeks) until I checked and found it was not done or processed when they said they would do it. I would then call them to ask why and they would avoid me for days until they corrected their mistakes. They made this same mistake multiple times. They do not reply to your calls- they lost a case against me-I filed pro se-no attorney on my end...Their attorney lied to the judge and still lost. Lied about almost every hit t as well, including the tenant(s) being an issue and did not even bother to understand the situation. So now a family is completely destroyed. Shameful service. Especially during a serious family matter. Maybe get the full scope before taking on cases. Your client is now in contempt over a passport they owe me. I'm assuming you accepted their nonsense as well. Crooks. Unacceptable behavior. 0 stars if I could. As a landlord in Las Vegas, I cannot recommend the team at Southern Nevada Eviction Services highly enough - 5 stars / 10 out of 10 rating. Kathy Cupich was my initial coordinator, and she deftly and succinctly walked me through everything I needed to know about the end to end process of starting and finishing an eviction. And sadly, I had to go through every step of the process and culminated in the final lockout of my tenant who never paid. Kathy, Xochilt, and attorney Dylan were fantastic, friendly, and held my hand every step when I had questions and ideas. I would have never navigated the process myself, it was worth the cost to have them there by my side. And they were accurate with every step and process, including winning the eviction in court, and the timing with the constable and everything else.
