She clearly explained how everything works and gave me a quick tour. The place had plenty of desk space, in a bright and airy office. Their monitors are wide and desk space is good too. They provide a small cabinet where you can store you personal items while you're there. Definitely checkout this place if you need to focus and work. Enjoy!

The building is more of a warehouse than an office building and while the owners have gone out of their way to decorate and organize the space, the reality is this is a warehouse with an open 20 foot ceiling. The actual offices have 10 foot partitions but no real ceiling. So you really have no privacy to have private conversations on the phone or in a computer meeting. When I was there, the people in a neighboring office were talking loud and dropping cuss words every now and then. While I'm not a prude when it comes to language but if I were on a call with a client or a Teams or Zoom call, the background noise and talking probably would come through. The idea when renting an office is that you get privacy. I understand if I rented just a desk, no such privacy privileges would be expected.

Let's see what happens when we see the greatness others offer. This is a sort of office space where they rent space for pop up events and fairs. It's the sort of place where they have local artisans gather and have a place for the public to come and see what's happening. This space is very nice and laid out well. All the individuals selling items were friendly and helpful with what they were selling. The parking is free. It's not the best but you might have to walk a little. Not many places to eat food but they were selling coffee . The area is safe. The price to get in was free too! Get out and explore your city! Who knows what you might find out there.

They were quick to reserve my event date and to send over a contract. It was affordable, easy to book, and the space is great for those with guest list that can range. I had a 2nd event here and it was just as smooth as the first event when booking. However, when arriving to the venue at my arrival time, the doors were locked. It wasn't until 10 minutes before the start of my event is when someone came to unlock the door. Though he apologized because no one informed him of my event, it still annoyed me a bit because we only had 10 minutes to setup. They charge extra to use their sound system, drink station, and other things you may need added to your event. I still paid full price for everything despite being let in late to setup and feeling flustered/rushed. There will be people who rent their own office space coming in and out. They have access to the space and amenities as much as you do, so as long as you're okay with that, then it should be fine. I still give this place 4 stars just because the space is nice to have an event at and my first time hosting an event went great. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt the 2nd time I've had my event. Should I have another future event here, I hope it turns out better.

After renting an office here for six months, I cannot recommend this space if you need a quiet or…read morereliable work environment. The soundproofing is non-existent; you can hear neighboring offices clearly, especially when people are on speakerphone. It is definitely not the 'private' office experience advertised. Additionally, the amenities are consistently unreliable. The espresso machine is frequently out of order--currently, it has been broken for two weeks--and access to these perks is cut off completely on weekends and holidays, leaving tenants with nothing but tap water. To make matters worse, the on-site staff is rarely available and seems to find reasons to leave early on a regular basis

It makes it so convenient when grabbing a quick lunch solo or going for a team lunch. I also appreciate it being so close to Costco so I can easily fill up my gas tank before or after work. We have had offices on the second and third floor. Both have been great experiences and the transitions between rooms was seamless. I love that wework allows you to scan in at any point of the day. Our company starts at 6am so this building allows us to arrive on time without having to wait for the staff to arrive. The art and decorations are so trendy and cute. There is plenty of seating spaces in the open areas. There are open private booths near the kitchen area and tables laid out across the stairs. I have to take virtual interviews so I opt to use the silent booths. There are some located on the third and second floor! If one floor is packed I walk down to the other and there will be spots open. I love the events they have started to plan in the office. There is a calendar you can access online to see upcoming events-those calendars are also printed and posted across so many different wework doors in the building as a reminder. Savannah is always so great at helping with anything that is needed for our company. She also hosted a book club! It was such a fun time getting to discuss literature with her and others in the building who signed up for it. Q has started a social event gathering for wework members once a month and that's been a great way to build community with others I pass on the office on a daily basis. Lastly, Justin is always so present and amicable when I approach him at the front desk. I have really appreciated the community feel Savannah, Q, and Justin have created. To top it off facilities are constantly kept in a clean and very sanitary state.

Things you should know - Bring your own snacks (they don't have any available there) - Bring a cooler for drinks. While they do offer coffee, tea, and water in a common area and not the highest quality. - there are two single restrooms, which work fine for us - Our conference room had a door to the outside patio in the back, which was nicely landscape - You have to use an outside caterers to bring food in, no burners unless they are electrical. Luckily we used FNS catering who supplied us breakfast, lunch and the cooler with drinks for the days onsite https://superioreventservices.com/ But all in all the staff were great, friendly, mindful of the different groups coming in and out of the space, easy to work with. We will be using them again in January.
