With ClassPass, you need to book as soon as the window opens! I love this facility! I used to shower and get ready there after class and then straight to work! Lots of parking outside and always VERY safe! Whether it's 5am or 8pm, I feel confident walking to my car. The instructors are amazing! I love Khara, Victor, and Maddie! They always make me feel comfortable and welcome! One of my favorite studios in town!

My first visit included a complimentary spin shoe rental; it's normally $2 to rent their shoes. The space is immaculate. They have several amenities for guests, including ear plugs (if it's too loud for you during the class), hair ties, filtered water for your personal flask, and lockers for your belongings. They also sell hydration and cycle gear. The women's locker room was spotless and has more lockers, showers, hair dryers, and towels. Prior to class, Shannon helped me adjust my bike seat and handlebars for comfort and gave clear instructions on how to adjust the tension. The 45 minute class itself was led by Jack G. who was full of high energy and had a playlist to match. The light action in the room is synced to the music so you feel like you're at a club. Like other spin classes I've taken, this one included lots of intervals with standing and sitting at different tensions. There was also a lot of changing of hand positions all over the handlebars, but you can totally go at your own pace and change the bike tension during the class. I definitely worked up a sweat in that 45 minutes, which had a brief interval of hand weight moves and stretching at the end of the class. Danie, one of the other staff members, passed out cold hand towels during cooldown--what a great touch. I wholeheartedly recommend taking a Ride here!

You're greeted the moment you walk in, and you'll leave the place feeling amazing. Even on your bad days, just showing up for yourself here makes a difference, I've never walked out of this place not feeling my absolute best and ready to take on the world. I've tried a lot of cycling studios in Vegas and even outside the city, and nothing compares. No matter where I go, I always find myself missing this place. It's one of those spots you just keep coming back to. Honestly, it's more than just a workout, it's a community, and that's what makes it so special!!

PROS: The black light lighting in the cycle studio is a cool touch, and I like how the first two rows of bikes aren't tiered. The bathrooms are nice, with toiletries and showers. The instructor was enthusiastic and motivating, and most of the class was obviously regulars. They seem to have a great culture here, with positive attitudes and a variety of ages, races, and body types. This place felt a lot more comfortable than some of the other boutique studios in Henderson and Summerlin! CONS: The staff weren't particularly helpful for this first time visitor. I had to ask about shoes, towels, etc. rather than being informed. The bikes themselves are basic without a computer display to view your resistance, distance, etc. and there are no visuals. Note that they charge for shoe rental ($3), and their cancellation/no-show fee is one of the highest in town ($20). Package prices are more competitive than their monthly rate. If you live in the area, it's a good spot to spin. There are a lot of breakfast/brunch restos across the street at the Gramercy- makes a fun option to meet up with friends afterward, and perhaps partnering with one of them will help drive in more traffic, as the location is a bit difficult to find.

The staff was awesome, I was very confused when I got there and they gave me a tour since it's a much bigger studio than the Henderson location. And there are definitely more doorways to get to the different studios, so I was definitely a little lost at first. Tons of lockers and storage areas. The locker rooms are really nice, super clean, and have amenities for getting ready just like the other locations. It looks like the location is supposed to have a café inside... I don't know if that's something that they're adding in later or was previously there, but there is this little area that looks like it's a eating area (I could be wrong.) there's a lot of places to hang out when waiting for class to start. I took a candlelight Yin with Timberly. And to this day, it's still one of my favorite Yin classes that I've ever taken. It was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was floating when I got out of that class. Super relaxing, she is such an amazing instructor and has one of the best energies I've ever had in an instructor ever. She also did a sound bath at the end of class and it was transcending. I absolutely recommend her candlelight Yin Class! You will leave feeling renewed. I really like that the studio is in a separate area where it has its own hallway that's closed off so you're not hearing any of the outside noise. I also really love that Tru Fusion Summerlin does their fitness on the lawn classes. I do those quite frequently and it is a really amazing experience! And they give you a really awesome variety of different types of classes to try out! The instructors are so amazing and I really love how they are focusing on building community and also giving back to the community!
