I read previous reviews regarding the person, which the reviewer called an extremely rude "a hole", and truly I was hoping I won't meet the same person. Mark helped me and my tanks were filled in a jiffy. He is a truly nice guy and I hope he's been recognized by management for that. I also like to give a special thanks to Jessica who helped me to find a collapsible trash bin for my RV I was searching for a long time. I will return for future refills and any other items I need for my rig. I'd highly recommend Southwest Exchange.
