Bruce did everything the proper way, and does not take any shortcuts. I watched as he did his work. He even trimmed the panel which fits underneath the bumper, though the instructions say that the panel will not fit with a trailer hitch. Bruce made it fit, and it looks really good. The wiring was properly done. The whole job took less than 90 minutes, but only because he is a professional who knows exactly what he's doing. He charged less than the comparable job would cost at U-Haul. Very happy with the results.

The only option is to replace the wheel hub so I went to Springwater Trailers to buy a new one. It turns out tha there are two possible sizes of bearings and I did not know which I had. The trailer was disabled and sitting about a 1 hour drive from here and so this was a problem. The gentleman at Springwater Trailer sold me the new hub at a very reasonable price and then gave me a second set of bearings of the alternate size and an additional seal. He explained to me how to check the size and change the bearings if necessay. He did not charge me for the second set of bearings. He just asked that I bring back the set I did not use. I followed his instructions, changed the hub and today I will return the unused set of bearings and the seal. Over the years I have found that people who trust others are usually also trustworthy.
