After receiving the shipping confirmation email, the tracking number initially showed "No tracking data found." Later, I received a delivery notification with a delivery window between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, but the package still had not arrived even by 10:00 PM. I contacted customer support multiple times. The most frustrating part was that my support ticket was marked as "resolved" before the package was delivered and before my concerns were addressed. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but customers should receive working tracking information, realistic delivery updates, and proper customer service -- especially when extra money was paid for faster shipping. Very disappointing overall experience.

The owner Samson is very nice but can be unresponsive through chat. I'd suggest you just call him. The covers so far are comfy. The pictures might look a bit big but they should tighten during the summer. They sell a bunch of auto parts so if you're looking for anything your car needs then this is worth a look.

A search found me ''Fordon Auto Parts'' which had after market mirrors that resemble my originals AND David was very patient,responsive + knowledgeable, as well,the price was unbeatable + unbelieveable!! Other companies were charging well over what I paid for my new mirror + housing. The driver's side mirror had to be ordered by David but, it only took 1day AND David messaged me "the mirror is NOW in stock', all in all, a fine superb buying experience with Fordon Auto Parts. ***** Fabulous customer service AND satisfactiion!!
