Booked an appointment a week out for two new tires to be installed on existing rims on pop up. Told them the size at time of booking. Delivered trailer at specified time and date. Obtained quote.After drop-off, they then started hunting for tires. They only found tires on rims for 200 dollars more than quoted and then installed them without getting an ok. Then acted like they were doing me a favour's by doing this. Told them to put old wheels back on and there would be no mention of a bill. Disgusting business practices. read more

Thank you to the reviewers here, I can't believe how all right you are about Camp Mart Windsor, if you go there beware of prices online that are great looking and when u get there your told no those are damaged ones and they tack on 5000 extra, onto the online price, and I told him that's false advertising, it states New Rv for 19 thousand online, no damage is mentioned at all on the website, and the GM was saying it states that there is damage or lock issues, clearly doesn't at all say that in the ad, then comes back 3 times with lower prices and tells me to buy it for 23 and that's the lowest he can go but I have to buy the warranty or no deal lol, the warranty for 6 years he said they usually charge 9000, but he can do 4000 instead, and the freight is 5000, plus the tax and the battery and starter kit is 700, so in the end I decided to walk away and the GM had the nerve to say " ok so what are we doing here?" Like I was wasting his time, because I was seeing all these red flags, my gut was right, so I decided to leave and he comes out after me to the parking lot and says ok we can do the online price, but the deal is only for today, and if I don't take it than no deal, tried to force me to buy a warranty, and making it sound like he was doing me a great deal when I'm the one who wasted my time to "beat him down", (his words) to the original price that was listed online, what a waste of time, 5000 for freight is crazy, I'm glad I went to Leisure Trailers and got the 2025 Rv, brand new, all in freight is 2000, plus taxes and they threw in the battery pack, with a 3 year warranty, for 25 thousand for everything, no extra surprises like he said would happen to me if I went there, Leisure wasn't pushy, they were fair and I didn't get screwed so thank you to the reviewers you confirmed how I felt and dodged a bullet! read more

Disappointed that Camp Mart offered poor communication in regards to the return of my trailer. Was told they did not have service advisors or technicians on site on Saturdays. Was told before the weekend I'd be by, but was unable to specify a time. Sadly my daughter has missed out on a trip to Algonquin. Better communication would have resolved this. The GM certainly stuck by her guns, tact and empathy were lacking. Update: Wife had called, rightfully asking why the trailer would be held 'hostage'. She was more angry than I was. The GM refused to answer the phone and the misses refused to send an email. The GM definitely is not about customer service and objection handling, nor problem solving. We bought a brand new 2023 destination from CampMart Kanata in September they delievered it on the last day of park being open, already winterized apparently. Fast forward to opening this year, leak in the bedroom, water filtration canister exploded while their tech was there to look at water damage from leak in bedroom, water from one end of living room to kitchen, Water coming up thru the floor/stairs at loft. They are refusing to exchange the trailer, saying the frozen pipes are our fault, no record of them winterizing it, their technician drained the antifreeze on opening day this spring lol he's already told them that Now they want to tow it back to shop look at it, told us it would be a minimum of a month to get the parts in, and they have no idea how long it will actually take them to fix it, oh and they can't even give me a day they are able to pick it up We haven't even used it as a RV should be we have had to use our neighbors facilities (Ie bathroom,shower,sink etc) and already paid our seasonal site obviously They promise call backs including there legal assistants and they NEVER return phone calls. Made my appt in April and they've physically had my trailer since June 8th. Beyond frustrated. I have purchased 2 brand new trailers from them and have nothing but issues. First one had to go back 3 or 4 times to have everything fixed. Second one brand new get it all the way up to Sauble park it and get it all hooked up, first problem a spring on the pop out just popped out, water heater won't work, bath tub won't drain, oh wait it drains all over the floor, led lighting is missing most of it's lights. That's what I have noticed so far. Call Tuesday as just used on the May 24 long weekend. Bring it in. Peterborough Location. Horrible customer service once they have your money. Do not trust. Bought 2022 model in 2023 at a good discount, had to fight for them to honour their online sale price saying "that sale ended" even after showing the manager the add on FB. Finally honoured price. Received trailer with torn seal and leaking slide out. No fittings on any of the plumbing were tight, resulting in leaks throughout the entire trailer. They were not even hand tight, despite a PDI done at dealership. For the shower, I even had to cut out a separate access so that I could tighten. Missing keys upon pick up of trailer and was told there is a shortage too bad. Family is enjoying having a trailer again but it was a headache dealing with CampMart. Their quality/service are subpar. Sloppy craftsmanship as well, found cut outs, metal scraps, wrapping from fittings/electrical in all the nooks and cranny's including behind access panels. Doors had to be removed and realigned so they would close properly. Faulty wiring on hot water tank. Poor quality inside and out. The list goes on. read more

These criminals ( no better word for them ) sold us a 2022 gulfstream 25 bh. Took our keystone hybrid on trade in...paid out the lean on it and proceeded to bill us 18,000 for paying out the lean. The trailer was delayed for weeks ( at another dealership ) we picked it up two days before we were leaving for our first trip...noticed scratches , scrapes, metal filings, the list goes on..commented on it they said it was nothing...it was supposed to be a brand new trailer ...not a scratch and dent..then we discover they charged us 10,000 more than the advertised price..and wrapped it up in a nice little buried contract stating we were making over 10,000 a month income and put us on a 20 year loan. So we didn't discover until almost a year later we hadn't paid anything on the trailer ...it was all interest on the loan. Buyer beware I bought a trailer at the Peterborough location and it was delivered in May of 2019. Since then I've had numerous service calls. It was also delivered dirty. Flies in the light fixtures, dirty hand marks everywhere, a scratched bar fridge for my outdoor Kitchen. Awning lights never worked properly and now are completely out of sync. Bathroom door to outside can only be locked from the outside, what good is that? The storage underneath doesn't close properly. All still outstanding from last yr which it would have been under 1st ye warranty. Opened it in May of this yr to find out the big slide out leaked and I now have water damage. Called in a service call before the 1 yr anniversary and was told that i would be contacted for a service call. End of June I got tired of waiting for said return call and drove to the dealer. I was told that the service department was closed till October. This past weekend as I was closing up for the weekend I noticed water coming into the bunk from by the outdoor kitchen. Called the Peterborough location Tuesday morning. Explained that I've been waiting since MAY for a service call or even a call back. I understand Covid poses some limits but does that include picking up a phone?! So I was told they would call back and try and be out to address issues before park closes the 19th. Surprise, no call back. So now I've bought an RV cover for the winter so I don't get more water damage and I'll prob have to pay a deductible for the work that would have been covered under the 1 st yr. CAMPMART sucks. Terrible place. Their sale doesn't know anything about what they sell , including prices. Their financial department will not give you advertised discounts or the best deal for you just the first one they get approval for. There management will except your first call until it is discovered its a complaint then will never get back to you to resolve anything. They have over 80 complaints with the Better Business Bureau of leaking and damaged trailers recieved. They are only there for your money and could care less if your satisfied. Law says you have 30 days to cancel a order , they will not honor this once they have the banks money they run. Scotia dealer advantage associates itself with this company and its policies. Avoid scotia when ever possible . Campmart is associated with the 401 group beware of them as well because 401 is campmart. They sell trailers because omvic offers no protection with non motorized vehicles . 401 has been fined by for not following the organizations rules and laws so they sell trailers to beable to gouge people. We put a hold on a trailer Saturday at CampMart in Innisfil which required a $500 deposit, done via debit. We were informed "it is fully refundable if you are here Monday by 7 pm". We were provided just a photocopy of the debit machine print-out, the rep's business card, and 2 copies of their blank Credit Application. We decided against that trailer and are now being told that "it will take several weeks" to be refunded our $500 deposit. There was no verbal or written explanation of this hold policy provided. If you put a hold on something anywhere, be sure to ask WHEN it would be refunded and if there is a delay like this at all. It's fine if there is, but it is lying via omission of facts to accept money and not stipulate the entire policy. That is not good business practice and unethical through lack of transparency. I am curious - so is our $500 accruing interest for them while it sits in their financial institution over the next few weeks... read more

We had our StarCraft Comet hard-side tent trailer serviced in October 2021. It involved replacing the stabilizing legs and resealing the caulking around the sunlights and edges of the triangle roof. The trailer was covered & stored for the winter immediately afterwards, so there was little time to assess the quality of the work. In June 2022, we found that one the stabilizing legs was mounted so close to the body of the base of the trailer it could not be accessed to lower into position. CampMart remounted the leg with an extra washer and this solved the issue. On our first camping trip, we noticed that another one of the stabilizing legs was loose & partially hanging down. It was missing one of the three mounting screws, which I then purchased and replaced. On our second camping trip we had one day of steady rain and found that the 2 of the 3 skylights were leaking into the trailer. The caulking on the outside of one of the skylights did have one spot where there was less filler that corresponded to where the leak was greatest but there were other leaks further from this obvious spot and a smaller leak on the other skylight. It appears that the CampMart service department does not do their job in a professional manner for the small tasks of mounting a set of stabilizing legs (two mistakes) and in sealing/caulking on our upper trailer. This careless lack of attention to detail for simple tasks makes me reluctant to use the service department for bigger, more complicated repairs, where a mistake could lead to an accident while driving down the highway. Cindy of the Service department was willing to work us in on short notice to touch up the caulking. Cindy said that the caulking needed to be touched up twice a year (this was not stated when we picked up the trailer in October). It should be noted that their sealing/caulking job did not hold for even two camping trips. I felt that this was an unnecessary, shallow attempt to put the blame back on us and negate their shoddy work practices. We declined Cindy's offer to touch up the leaks and have opted to do the repair ourselves. We did ask for a partial refund for the amount charged to perform the caulking but Cindy declined. I have been hesitant in posting a review because the situation with our trailer is ongoing and I am afraid of getting cut off completely by CampMart. I am however at the point that to save heartache for another camper it needs to be done. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service I have received from the staff at CampMart Cambridge over the last 8mths. We purchased a brand new 2019 trailer at the end of 2018 and we have had nothing but problems with it. Tub leaking, kitchen water lines leaking, outdoor shower leaking, awning track leaking to name a few. Trying to get these issues taken care of has been nothing short of a frustrating/exhausting process with them and still I wait... I have even been accused of extortion by the vice president of the company :( I will never recommend them to anyone. Needless to say I am not a happy camper. read more

We bought a 2 bed pop up trailer at the innisfill location May 23rd. We waited 3 weeks patiently to receive it. While we were waiting we also had questions as this was our first camper. The service department was awful, would never return a cal or email. Finally picked up the trailer June 11th. Had an appointment for 4pm, sat there till 5:15pm. The service guy brought me in the back to a trailer and started showing me things and i asked him where my trailer was because the trailer he was showing me was a one bed pop up trailer. He said it was mine. I advised him it wasnt. He went to the front desk to inform them of the screw up. The manager brought me into her office and advised that they ordered the wrong one and that i would have to wait another 2 weeks. And she gave me the option of taking this one. We had plans over the weekend to go camping. I called my spouse to see what option we should take. We decided we to take the one bed pop up. The manager then said that both pop up tents were the same price which to me raise a red flag. During our camping trip we called the ingersoll branch and pretended to be interested in buying the one bed pop up tent and the sales guy there said that with taxes and everything it was 9000$. We paid 10000$ so we basically got robbed 1000$. How are we paying 10000$ when there is one bed missing. Anyway, campmart ruined my first experience buying a trailer. This the worst camping facility for repairs I have ever dealt with, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. I called the about getting a new awning installed on my older Bonair. I get assurance that if I bring my camper down from Collingwood, On. and they could install a new awning. I double checked this information. Well I pull the 16' camper down there, on August 3rd/22'....it's an hour away, plus costly fuel. I get there and they look at me in an odd way for customer service. I talked to a young lady, who then sent me to the guy just down the service counter. I explain about my appointment, and getting the awning installed. He checks his records and says, yes you are scheduled for service. "We are doing a safety check on this older model. What?...you are to install the new awning. Nope, we have to order that, it takes 4 weeks. WHF! I just returned home to C'wood...what a waste of time and money. Don't ever call them about anything, The 2 Supers in our building went through the same bullshit...I wish I had known that before I made the long drive for nothing. read more

Starting with the positive regarding our experience with Campmart Innisfil. The young ladies at the front desk were wonderful. Absolutely nothing else good to say. These people are not decent human beings. Crooks! They'll be all happy, smiles and attentive while they feed you BS to get a sale. After that, they don't even have the decency to communicate with their customer. They most likely would have had 3 more sales with friends of ours (not to mention accessories and service in the future) if they could show a little respect. Heidi's Campground north of Barrie is a much better company to deal with. It's worth the drive to Heidi's. IF you do purchase, don't fall for the duress and go over the paper work with a fine toothed comb before signing. There were many mistakes with ours. Payment start date on the sale agreement was for the day we were suppose to pick up the trailer, but on the bank loan form, it was 3 weeks earlier. Didn't notice until money was being withdrawn 3 weeks before we could even inspect our purchase. We were able to get out of the purchase thanks to the BBB and had a lawyer on standby. So if you got suckered, don't believe their BS that there is nothing that can be done. You can get out of the agreement. You may wonder why there are so many good reviews about them. That's because they get people to sign a non-disclosure agreement, preventing them from writing negative reviews. We were supposed to sign one also, but I guess they were too lazy or busy to get us in to sign. So here comes the reviews to warn others. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Scoundrels! It's the best word I can use to describe this brood of vipers. In short, they sold me a trailer advertised as 3000 lbs. Weight was one of the most important factors for our family. When I got the trailer home and was cleaning out areas, I found a factory sticker indicating the weight at 3181lbs. When I called in my concern, the staff just brushed it off. They even tried to placate me with untruths like, "oh, just put cargo in your van, it doesn't count towards your towing capacity," or, "you have a weight distribution hitch which increases your towing capacity." I'm looking at legal action at this time it's so bad. read more

If i could leave no stars, i would. Unbelievably terrible customer service. Marco, the assistant general manager is also the person who deals with financing. He gives nothing but excuses as tho whu he has no answers. We had to constantly call him for updates and then he would say he needs something else. Send him what je needs, wait another day, oh! He needs something else! Malvin, a salesman, said that he had a trailer that we wanted at hos Cambridge location. Asked for photos of it as we wouldnt buy something without seeing it. He said he would get them the next day. Next day vame and went snd no photos. Message him for them, he sends us photos of 2 different trailers! The flooring, couch and dinette were completely different from one photo to the next! When we bring it to his attention, he promises to go to Cambridge himself the next day to get the photos. Next day, more excuses...was in a meeting all day, will get them the next day. Save yourself yourself the frustration and go somewhere else and buy! read more

Filled out a form on their website to have trailers emailed to me which i thought was funny but did it to see what they had. From that day i have received emails and phone calls and texts once a week from someone saying they were just about to run my credit. I told them i do not want my credit run i was not looking for financing just looking at trailers. Call them today after getting another text from Krista telling me they were running my credit, saying do not run my credit and im told i they cant not as i filled out a credit app, i ask to speak to a manager and was forgot to be put on hold and she was rude and said oh he wants to speak to a manger Julie. Julie gets on the phone and would not let me speak says there is nothing she can do they have to run my credit as i filled out a credit application. I explained what i filled out and she told me nothing they can do. She was rude and unprofessional so she got a ear full ! i was told to call my fiance manger and talk to him. So lets be clear i had to talk to 5 different people since nov 3rd to be done with these people. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE !!!!! read more

I can't say anything good about this place, in particular the one in London Ontario. We purchased a brand new trailer here in May and it started with the salesman he refused to tell us the prices of any of the trailers that we looked at, we went in to look at used trailers and he only showed us brand new. He finally convinced us to think about a brand new one, we asked what it would be weekly and he did up a full credit application without our approval. We stated that we just wanted to know figures and numbers and would come back and he tried to tell us we can't because we had already bought the trailer (this was not the case because we had not even signed anything) we talked it over and after a lot of thought decided to go ahead with the new trailer bc there seemed to be many perks. We bought it. The trailer itself has had problem after problem and the service department is useless. One of our biggest concerns is that the trailer shocks us when we open the door. You can actually feel the electricity in your hand most of the time and sometimes it's a full on shock! We took it in for service and they were unable to locate the short. The woman even suggested we just make sure we have our shoes on when entering the trailer? How is this safe for my family with 4 kids? We spoke to a salesperson about trading up our trailer as we were told about this when we bought our trailer and he basically told us it wasn't worth it and never even got back to us with any further information. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Our neighbours purchased a trailer here last fall and unfortunately have had the same terrible experience! Our trailer was just there to have all the issues fixed for the last week and a half and they only addressed one thing on the list and it was so simple that I could have done it myself in less than 10 min. I am extremely surprised by the negative reviews! My husband and I are retiring and want to take a trip to see North America in an RV. We visited a couple of RV dealers north of Barrie and felt that we were being pressured into buying something we could not comfortably afford. When we came to CampMart, we dealt with a lovely salesperson named Tasha. I was becoming frustrated by the upsell tactics of the previous dealerships, but Tasha understood that we had a set budget but also had a list of things we wanted in the RV. It took her some looking, but she did manage to find us the perfect RV with all of the bells and whistles and at my price! We have many friends that don't like the pressure sales and would recommend that salesperson to anyone! She went over all of the paperwork, and allowed my husband as much time as he needed to review the paperwork as well. She kept saying that she wanted to ensure that we understood everything, were comfortable with everything, and even followed up with us the next day to make sure we didn't have any further questions or concerns.
