Dean appeared to be the nicest guy ever, just like a friend to you but then the business Dean is a failure. We put a deposit on a car for our daughter who lives in the Bay Area. It was supposed to be ready about five days later. Five days turned into weeks of no communication unless you show up in person, excuses, missing mechanics, etc. We finally purchased the vehicle on 11/5/22. As of today, February 14, 2023, we still don't have a title, registration or current tags for the car. I went to the DMV field office today and they told me the process to transfer title hasn't been started. A compliant has been filed with the DMV Investigations Unit. The agent said they have a history with this dealership for the same problem. Do not waste your time or money here. No matter what, you will still be paying with your time to fix their problems long after you've left the lot.
