We got to look through all the underground wine making process and viewed all the grape vineyards. We had a sample of all the different wines and as well as the different stages of the wine. They did Natural wine and sulfate free wine. It was very nice and they distribute to all sorts of places in Italy and Prague, London and some other places in Europe. They are not a huge place and the family is fully involved in every part of making the wine as well as bottling. If you are ever in this area please check it out. If course, there was no rush on our food or us and that made it better because we were exhausted. You should know some basic Italian as it's appropriate and appreciated by the locals. The fried calamari and shrimp were seasoned well and not overcooked. The gnocchi with langostinos tasted great and it was easy to peel and clean them before eating. Suck the heads, you won't be disappointed. The server was great and gave us recommendations on where to go hiking, walking, etc. I also recommend the spritzes they have. My lemon spritz was great but I'm not an aperol spritz fan anyway.
