After all of the pictures they wanted us to take I asked for one of all the family recreating the picture I took with my parents. They refused to take the picture. They said "go to JC Penny and get that picture taken there". Horrible customer service and they don't care about what you want only what they are pushing as a service. For the amount of money they are charging they should provide a better value for the cost.
