She is able to adjust her teaching style based on the student's maturity level and interests. Neli is constantly pushing you to improve but in a patient and nurturing way. What impresses me every time is comparing where I start with a piece of music and where I end up. The understanding of the piece, the subtle refinement, and the growth that I experience with every piece of music is truly inspiring. She encourages her students to record themselves playing the same piece at different times to witness that growth, and that is amazing to see. Students can participate in two recitals a year and those recitals are so, so amazing to watch and speak to her talent to develop her students' talents. Many of her students go on to compete at various levels and regularly earn highest awards. Some have even gone to college to major in music because of the love and understanding of music she helped develop. I can't recommend Neli highly enough for young kids, teens and adults!

My daughter was the oldest in the group, and Charlotte immediately recognized her readiness for more advanced content and responded accordingly with extra tasks and piano time so that she would not be bored. The Kickstart program is a great and affordable way to find out if your child is ready for individual lessons - if you aren't sure, just go for it! About six weeks ago, we started private lessons with Charlotte and I am so happy. Each week, Charlotte works with my daughter based on the prior week's lesson and develops new recommendations for the upcoming week's practice. Some days my daughter is more focused and ready to work than others - this doesn't phase Charlotte. She is always prepared with a creative game and clever tools to engage my child. My daughter is not only learning to play, learning proper posture, etc, but I am learning how to teach her. Much of the value of working with Charlotte comes from the guidance she gives parents on how to work with their student. The importance of this cannot be overstated when trying to develop a love for playing piano, since daily practice sessions can sometimes be boring and repetitious for the student as well as frustrating for parents. One of my favorite things about Charlotte is her clear boundaries, which are SO important when working with young children. She has a playful but stern manner when enforcing the rules of her studio, which she does with consistency. My children know what they can and cannot do when at Ms. Charlotte's studio (I often bring my 4 year old to his sister's lessons, so these rules are doubly important). Heads up to conventionally-trained pianists/parents: I am a former piano student myself, but have had no experience with the Suzuki method of teaching. As a result, I feel that it is perhaps more challenging for me to work with my daughter than I expected, since the primary focus is not on conventional methods (reading music is a focus, but secondary at this point), but rather on tapping into a child's natural ability to learn. I recommend that anyone who is also used to traditional methods of teaching have a conversation with Charlotte about the Suzuki Method and read up on it as well. SUPER impressed with Charlotte's Piano Studio and am very excited to continue working with her!

We love Sarah and all of the couple of subs we have had have been amazing! I love how they keep us informed and communicate everything with us. We always know if there will be a sub, if anything special is coming up and Sally responds to emails almost instantly. At Christmas time they did a tea party for the littles where the bugs put on a little nutcracker performance and did crafts with the kids. I cried y'all, cried. I can't believe it's come to this for me to finally come rave about them but here I sit, stuck and isolated during the covid 19 pandemic where everything is closed. Within days Sally and her team had a plan, we received a link to online classes. I was so impressed they were able to implement such a program and so quickly especially for such a large studio. So yes, I was immediately thankful but then completely blown away by what Miss Sarah did for us. She personalized it for our class using their names and interacting throughout the video. Again, I cried y'all. Not only is this a great studio these women are incredible, incredible y'all. They aren't just teachers and Sally isn't just an owner these women love our kids and their jobs, they seem to go above and beyond in every aspect. So the answer is yes, yes I would recommend GADA! Needless to say, finding a daycare for my two kids (3yo & 5mo) was extremely difficult with feelings of guilt, distrust and insecurity to name a few. Since my kids have been at Stepping Stone, I have grown to not only trust Stepping Stone's faculty and staff... I absolutely adore them! My 3 year old had a really hard time transitioning, but the staff's patience, understanding and empathy toward him truly showed me how much they cared about making him feel comfortable, welcome and included. I love how often they send me pictures throughout the day and how happy my littles are when coming home. I don't at all feel like I'm doing my kids some type of injustice by going to daycare, instead, I feel like the diversity in this environment is enriching their childhood more than I could be at home while trying to work. He thinks the outside play area is better, and that the place is bigger and has better toys. The staff is pretty consistent with an acceptable turnover rate. My son has never complained about anything and actually asks if I can let him go to Stepping Stone instead of being an early pick-up on days that I get off work early. I sent him to the 'Y" summer camp this year. They have a lower cost and more activities, such as paintball, daily swim, rock climbing, gaga ball, etc.. Even with all of this, after several weeks my son didn't like it as much since they were outside for almost the entire day and he said he missed his old friends. When I enrolled him back at Stepping Stone he was really excited and is still loving it.

There was no empathy, urgency or accountability from the school principal Amy. We had previous problems with her getting diaper rashes because she was being kept in poopy diapers for a long time, this was becoming more manageable since she is currently potty training but if you have a young child that will likely be an issue, I changed her diaper myself at the school multiple times at pick up because of the state I found her in. Beware!! Would NOT recommend this school to anyone!
