I got lucky since one of my neighbours had called him and she told me he came very quickly and was on time. I think Graham is an honest mechanic, he does very good service, he is open about whether it's worth repairing a certain bicycle or not, and has been very fair in all of my dealings with him. Even better, on Thursday nights he now has co-op night, where you can bring your bike in and be your own mechanic! For a small fee, usually $15, you can put your bicycle on the stand and his tools are at your disposal. Graham provides guidance and you can do the repairs yourself, which is a very good deal and a great way to get involved. I highly recommend Graham's bicycle shop and you should definitely check it out!
