I appreciate the direct and frank way Dr. Lesser and I can speak to one another. Sometimes in a very humorous, epitaph-filled way. He and his staff really listen to me, don't rush me, and make it as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. He's older like me so he "gets" a guy. But, I took my fiancee to see him and they hit it off too. Seriously, how many couples do that and afterwards feel like it was fun? While he is my doctor, I feel like he's a friend and trusted confidant. He doesn't judge and doesn't force. That's the kind of doctor for me.

The reason why we followed her around for years: she's the best. She is kind, knowledgable, and I have never ONCE felt rushed. She is a wonderful person, a caring doctor, and my entire family goes to her. And I later on found out that my in-laws have for years as well! Her nurses are very good as well! Nothing but professional and friendly! The only downside is that the wait time can be a little excessive. But that's because she spends so much time with each patient, so it's totally worth it. You may be annoyed as you're waiting, but you will soon discover that she spends just as much time with you as she does with anyone else. Her office is out of one of the doctor's buildings at St. Alexius Medical Center off of Barrington Road.

Dr. James A. Krcik is a coward. I saw him 3 times and each time he had to idea who I was. He lost…read moremy paperwork, when it was located I asked for it back to take it somewhere else, lost it again, once found he had signed and initialed it (saying it was received and reviewed) but yet he had no idea why I was there. I called and emailed a request for him to call me about my lost results. Dr. Krcik refused to call me as a patient under his direct care. When I emailed him in the livewell app, I got a respond from his staff saying "He will never call you". When I contacted the CEO to complain I was just treated like a criminal and later Dr. Krcik recommended me to another doctor, just to get me out of his hair. He falsified his appointment notes to make it seem he was more helpful than he was. Dr. Krcik wasted my time, money and allowed my prolonged pain for over 6 months. His facility in South Elgin is disorganized, the staff are self righteous and Dr. Krcik only cares about himself.

My Medical Negligence lawsuit was dismissed in 2017 because of an error in my bankruptcy paperwork. I was in the ER on a Friday night and had to be squeezed unexpectedly into her Monday morning schedule. Unfortunately for me, I am permanently injured and declared disabled because of HER BAD DAY. I've had multiple surgeries on different areas of my body, in pain every day because of HER BAD DAY. This Doctor had to do the per-surgical clearances and she didn't even look me in the eye and apologize. She did show up at my deposition, though. My livelihood, my career of nearly 30 years is over because of HER BAD DAY. I have endured financial devastation, I lost my home and I am STILL spending $$ on medicinal/physical therapies because of HER BAD DAY. My life span is shortened. In retrospect, I wish I'd gotten a clue when on one of my personal appointments with this Doctor, she spent the majority of time telling me she was not going to refer anymore to the Non-For-Profit company I worked for, also in healthcare. She was ANGRY at one of my Supervisors. I am only speaking of my experiences, however, the other lawsuit(s)- public record.
