In my opinion one of the most unethical attorneys out there. Mr Jose Bastarrika is a "my way or the…read morehighway" type of guy. He made a mess of my case! They just want to spend your money and cases continue for months even years and constantly being told don't worry we will handle this.

I have to be careful here due to Lawyers coming after reviews. I want to state that this is how I…read morefelt, my opinion and my experience. The way I felt in dealing with Mr. Bastarrika may be totally different to yours. First, I'd like to state that the Courts/Justice system truly needs to be monitored more closely in my opinion. My Mother has been wronged and so have I. I almost lost faith in the legal procedures in the State of New Jersey until Scott (check my previous review) recommended me to a wonderful, attentive, extremely knowledge and highly educated Attorney who will not be representing the cases (yes, plural) that will finally bring justice. My experience with Mr. Bastarrika wasn't pleasant. After looking at cases ( I legit spent hours and paid legal sites to get an estimate of the wins/losses and the type of cases he decided to take) he has tried and looking at some questionable (in my head. My Opinion. I have no proof...well as of now I don't) marketing, networking and advertising tactics (marketing and advertising are totally separate FYI. Just in case someone comes and tries to check me.) Ok, enough of me rambling. One issue I had was that my E-Mails were apparently too long. I work in Social Media, have two successful high ranking blogs with tremendous SEO& traffic, Undergrad was in Marketing and I like to be detailed and write whats on my mind. I found that to be a bit rude. I guess sites like Lexis+, Casetext & Westlaw along with the numerous legal "robot" sites coming out make it feel like a chore to read? I'll edit this once everything is over with but I would look into the booming industry of fake reviews (you'd be surprised how easy it is to get great reviews on almost any review site) as well as badges from websites like "Top Doctor" or "Top Lawyer" (I am pretty sure, not certain though, that most of those badges are purchased and you can just have two colleagues recommend you and viola, you have a badge). I'll leave it off with this...make a list of Attorneys you'd like to meet with and make sure they are a bit far from each other as it's inevitable they will become friendly with each other. Basically, this would not be my first pick if I was in need of legal assistance. Again you may have a great experience when communicating with this business, but all my communications have not been so good.
