I cancelled the order and once I arrived from out of state went to four different places to get a flower arrangement for my aunts funeral. With one hour until closing I was prepared to pick up something already prepared and on the shelf. They asked me my story and was able to create the arrangement I had selected from the other vendor in enough time for me to take it to the viewing. I believe it looked much better as well than what I would have received from the other vendor.

Not only that, they were incredibly rude and acted like it was our fault that their website didn't charge us what it should have; like they were angry with us for underpaying for the arrangement. They seemed to think that we selected the arrangement and then just paid whatever we wanted for it. I understand that mistakes happen and that the price may have been wrong on the website. But to get rude right from the start like it was our fault is crazy! We will never be doing business with this shop again. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this shop, as well.
