I went here because I was going to be Derby for a girls day. And saw this place. So we ave it a try and I was blown away. Everyone was so nice and they did an amazing job. Hands down the BEST pedicure I've ever had read more

First time here, being away from home. Mostly a good experience, but the pedi water was too hot and the nail tech cut my finger (a bit...but it's really sore!) with a drill-tool used to remove gel polish. But the facility was clean, the pedi-chairs were comfortable (and I'm really tall...glad they leaned back!) and I'm happy with my gel polish (mani-pedi) and length of acrylic tips on my fingernails. read more

The ladies here are very nice. They will be understanding if you are running late. They always do a pretty good job. I have a few complaints, but not many. My coffin nails were different widths on each hand, which was pretty noticeable. One hand was also painted slightly darker than the other. Called to see if they were available for 3 pedicures and was told they did. Went in and the lady who did my pedicure was in such a hurry that she cut my nails so short that they bled. I told herel to not cut my nails too short as i have had that done in the past which ended up having to go to the doctor because of a infection.Two of my toes still hurt 5 days later. Also two other toe nails were cut crooked that they were sharp. At the end all they said was make sure you don't get her again. If they were that busy they shouldn't of said they had time. If I'm paying 50+ dollars for a pedicure I expect to receive a good one. read more

I had an appointment at 2 with my daughter and sister, we were seated at 2:45. We asked for the #5 which comes with callous removal, essential oil scrub and hot stones. The massage was ok and the callous removal was ok, felt really rushed and they could have scrubbed a little better but over all that part was fine. However the clipping and filing was awful, the nails aren't the same shape and they were not clipped short like I asked. My sister didn't even have hers clipped or filed and the cuticle was not taken off or cleaned up. Then comes the paint..... my sister asked for regular polish in white, the lady painted them but did a horrible job! It is uneven and missing in places. We came home and I had to file them. Back to my polish.... I asked for shellac in a pearl white color. They had about 6 colors of white on the examples. She kept saying she didn't have a shimmery white. I asked what all the white colors on the examples were and she clearly got annoyed. Another lady came over and showed me what colors would achieve what I wanted after I showed a picture. My lady was even more annoyed that someone else was able to help me. Her painting skills were pretty awful as well. Not going back there. I have given this place about 5 chances and I leave unhappy every time. read more

I had a wonderful pedicure here today. The massage chairs work very well and the pedicure bench had an ankle rest which was nice.

Our experience was not bad...but my friends nails were shaped crooked. The ends of mine were not smooth. And the hand massages were either sub-par or lacking. read more

This place ruined my eyelashes with their eyelash extensions. My eyelashes are now HALF the size their were before I went here. I had 1 full set, & then 1 fill. Honestly I was debating on even getting the fill because of how unsanitary they do the lashes and the quality, but with 3/4 of my 1st full set still on I couldn't see the damage to my actual lashes so I went ahead. It wasn't until the 2nd application started to fall out that I realized how broken and frayed my real lashes were. The #1 rule of eyelash extensions is 1 fake eyelash glued to 1 real eyelash. Otherwise it's too heavy on the thin, frail eyelashes so it breaks them. Well mine, there was either 2 fake eyelashes on 2 or 3 of my hairs, or 1 fake eyelash glued to a group of 3 or 4 of my lashes & the glue was so all over the place at the base of the lashes that I couldn't even get my tiny brush to go through them to be able to comb them out like you're supposed to. Now I have to wait months for my eyelashes to be back to normal. Save your lashes & go somewhere else. I'll try & put pics in so you can see for yourself, keep in mind that when every one of the extensions was like this on my lashes it's easy to see why my lashes are now ruined!! read more

I went to Venetian today with a friend, as my regular nail place is closed on Sundays, and I will never return to this establishment again. we were there for nearly 2 hours. The young lady that sat us and began working on my feet appeared extremely young. She interjected I'm on my friend and I's conversation, and began talking with us about the wheather and making statements about how she starts school Wednesday and wants her mom to take her....... At that point I became aware that she was not a board certified nail tech., which explained a lot as I opted for a $40 pedicure specifically bc I could pick a scented sugar scrub, and get an extended foot massage. I got no massage and I had not say in what scrub I got. She messed up my big toe multiple times and had to redo it, and was not capable of doing the simple design I brought in so I had to sit and wait for someone else to get done. read more
