I also went to go get my eyebrows done and i ran into a few problems. she only did one of my eyebrows... after she told me she was done i confronted her on it and asked her to do the left one and she responded by saying she already did, but she obviously did not. i asked her to please do my left eyebrow and she burned me with the wax so now my brow is very sore. finally she still did not do above my brow at all but i left it and went on my way. i really like the right brow but i wish i had a right brow to match...

I know it's not just one technician either as I brought my sister here for a pedicure as well and they did it to both of our pedicures. The nails are great but do not recommend a pedicure without first saying you'd like them filed off (if you have gel). My third and final time, my left big toe was so sensitive...it hurts to the touch because the gel also took off layers of my nail as it was torn from the nail.
