Absolutely trash. Very unfriendly staff the one guy slapped my arm and was throwing my hands around. Sloppy nail work. I said I wanted full bling and he just placed one gem on my ring finger. He cut them way too short, said I wanted coffin and got square. The paint job is horrible. Just go to a better place. Extremely unprofessional. This salon is usually empty when I go and it doesn't make sense. It's a way better mani/pedi than thier larger competitor elsewhere in the mall. The pedicure room is separate from the main room and it's all rather quiet and relaxing. The nail techs are nice and talk to you and want to make you feel comfortable. Some other places are just like a factory. Seriously. ..skip the other place in beaver valley Mall and head here. Plus...they have the best dryers (air and uv light) that not all places have. read more

Stay clear of this "salon"! I usually go to TNT but they were beyond packed at 10 this morning and I made my appointment too late. I went into Venetian nails for a Pedi n Full set. First off I sat there in the pedi chair for 30 minutes without soaking my feet. Then the guy that came to do my toes this had to be his first pedi bc he had no idea how to cut the nails or cuticles and cut me on every single toe! Had to tell him about 3 times how to cut them down and file them. Then the girl who did my nails, I've never seen nails done so fast. 15 minutes. Showed her a pic of what I DIDNT want and she gave me exactly that. The paint job is horrible, the length is completely off after I told her that wasn't how short i wanted them and the nail polish she used was all dried up and old. SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME, this place is garbage! I got my nails done on FRIDAY, it is now TUESDAY, and this is what they look like already. The last pic is what I ASKED FOR! Came in to get a manicure while shopping with my little girl. It was around the holidays and I was about to go visit family in another state so I wanted to get a manicure since I hadn't had one in a while. Needless to say, I should of just painted my nails at home. The worse manicure I had ever gotten. Had polish on the side of my nails(my skin) I didn't say anything just to see of the man would notice and fix it, but he didn't. I was just so over it it, I paid him and left. Worse 12 dollars I ever spent! Glad I didn't go with the shellac, I believe they wanted to charge me $25.00!!! No thank you! read more

I went in to get a basic full set and they told me I had to get a certain type of gel that added another fifteen dollars to my total. I was already half way through getting them done so I said whatever. She did not do the design I wanted and said she had a better one. I wanted hearts and she put polka dots. Two days later the backs started to curl upward and everything got caught on them. When it came time to take them off one had been imbedded into my skin because she didn't properly clean the edges and ripped part of my skin off. Only giving two stars for the cleanliness. Not impressed with the service here. Everything felt rushed. I got a regular mani/pedi and was disappointed at the end. They rushed through the pedicure; barely doing any work with the pumice and then rushed through the mani applying one coat after another without any time for the coats to dry in between. Cuticles were not pushed back and the nail tech did not touch up areas where he got polish on my cuticles and surrounding skin. May give them another chance in the future, but overall not a great first impression. read more

This place is awful. It's not clean for starters. Honestly I feel like if I had gone to my dad's house and asked him to give me a manicure, as a guy who has never painted a nail in his life, he'd do a better job than the guy who did mine did. Polish was all over the sides of my fingers and the cuticles, and where it was on my nails it was too thick or too thin, and after sitting under 2 cycles of the hand dryer, they still smeared and peeled up by the time I got out to my car. I legit went home and had to remove the nail polish and give myself my own manicure. If I could do it again I would have used that money for a new polish from the drug store. Or I would have lit the cash on fire. I would not have given it to this place, though. read more

The workers were incredibly rude. I had to get my nails re-painted 3 times and they still managed to come out sloppy, and cakey. One of the workers kept eyeing us as if I was about to run out of the store without paying. She was very aggressive when doing my nails. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I couldn't be more unhappy with my experience here. I asked for a pedicure...meaning their regular $22 pedicure. She said my legs were dry and she had something to put on them... I went from a $22 pedicure to a $35 one without her telling me it was an upcharge for to spread a little salt on my legs. Then she talks me into gel which ok, I knew was an upcharge but a $20 upcharge! I gave her the gel color i wanted, SHE chose the one that she liked because "it was more shiny." My mother picked out a similar color which they did not use either. We both left upset and took two patrons with us who went elsewhere! Don't go here! They bully you into spending tons of money on something you can do yourself at home. read more

So I decided to try a new nail salon. I've never "reviewed" a location, but just felt the need. If I could've they wouldn't have gotten one star from me. When I walked in I knew I should have turned around. Both ladies looked to be in horrible moods. I have been waiting all month to get a break and having relax time (new mom). She was rude , rushed through it burnt me twice. Cut my finger while trimming them, finished took her money and went straight to her cell phone. My nails are horrible going to get them re-done tomorrow. I usually stick too TnT by Best Buy. For some reason I went here. TnT will clean up there mess. My daughter and I was out that way shopping so we decided to go to get our full sets and pedicures here, well, let me tell you!! Do not go here!! Our nails did not last a week. My daughter had 2 nails fall off in 4 days and I had to go to my nail salon to have them redone in 1 week. Yeah, the salon is empty because I am sure people had some bad experiences here. We got pedicures and full sets, Pedicure were alright, but never again will we set foot in that place. When my guy was filing my nails he cut me and my daughters guy put her nails so far down on her nails that they looked like stubs....so disappointed and such a waste of money!! I am so very upset that I had to write this, normally I would have let this go, but I spent a lot of money and they got a great tip. Worst salon we have ever been to!! I would not even have rated this if I did not have to. They treat their customers badly, the woman was on her ipod the whole time and when we were waiting for our nails to dry the 2 men that did our service left the salon, probably to spend our tip. I went to this nail salon on a Sunday at 5 o clock. The mall closes at 6 o clock so I knew I had enough time to get a simple manicure done. I told the gentleman that I wanted a gel polish manicure and he said OK. There was no body in the salon so he sat me down right away after I picked my color. He proceeded to file and paint my nails without all of the other things that go along with a manicure. He told me it would be $15 for the paint so I figured I would just get them painted even though I wanted a full manicure. During the time of me being there, a mother and daughter walked in wanting full sets. It was maybe 5:10 o clock at this time. The other lady that was working there told the duo that they could be seen. The gentleman that was doing my nails yelled over to them and said "No! Just one! We can't take both. Just one!". So they left. About 5 minutes later he received a phone call on the salon phone. I could tell what the person on the other end was asking just based off of the answers he was giving. They asked "what time does the salon close" he responds with "we closed now, we are very busy, we closed" and hung up. It was about 5:15 p.m. He rushed through my nail painting and I wasn't pleased with the results. I'm not one to complain so I just paid him and asked him if I could leave tip on the card (I never get my nails done so I wasn't sure how that worked). He simply responded with "no tip on card!" I said okay... and left. He was very rude and rushed so I didn't leave him a tip especially since he lied to 3 customers right in front of my face. I will never go there again. I understand that it was getting close to closing but they weren't closed and when you work in customer service, you have to, at least, try to serve customers and definitely not be just flat out rude. read more

Went there recently and was not impressed...though I did appreciate how the technician took his time while doing my nails...I noticed quite a few red flags. For starters, I forgot to clip my natural nails down which I never do but I expected that given they were quite long the technician would do it before applying the full set. Didn't happen. Then when it came time to cut down the fake nail...he didn't bother to make sure they were put on correctly; meaning they were lopsided. He then caked on the acrylic before shaping them into the almond shape that I had requested, instead, while the acrylic was still wet he decided to clip them into the almond shape. There really wasn't any attention paid to keeping my hands and nail beds clean after vigorously filing the acrylic down...when it came time to paint and design my lopsided nails he got paint all on the sides of my fingers and cuticles on top of applying my gems with a toothpick I was definitely not sold. That's exactly what I get for trying someplace new. My advice spend your money elsewhere. Definitely a first and last experience. There must be a reason as to why it is always empty in there read more
