Nonetheless, Sherry does an amazing job with my unique circumstances (prior brain tumor and she gave me my first post op cut and was very gentle, listens and is creating a plan for my eventual hair outcome based on my new physical limitations and needs i.e.: covering up dents in my forehead etc) I get my hair cut and highlighted every time I go, and I have never ONCE have I left a dissatisfied customer. My mom came with me, and even though she wasn't coming in for anything, one of the stylists offered to give her a French braid while she waited for me ~for FREE, just because. So that was really awesome I got a style put in as a bridal hairstyle trial run per say, and in the next few days, I did a hair donation. I got so many compliments on the first style and it lasted for hours afterwards. As a note for doing hair donations, they will cut your hair, but you need to package and send your hair where it needs to go. If you are doing a hair donation, ask them to divide your hair into several ponytails, not just one, before cutting them). They had no problem with it when I asked
