Ask for Emily. Quick gel polish change. Beautiful!
    Kim C.

Omg!!! My girlfriend and I needed gel polish changes (hands and toes)and we can't be happier with the outcome. They were very nice and accommodated us without having appointments. Emily was our nail tec and we highly recommend her. She's fast, has great technique and does a fabulous job. The Location is nice and relaxing. They open at 8:30AM and if the main gate is locked when you arrive, walk around to the back entrance.

This was by far the absolute WORST experience I've had in a long time. I would give zero stars if I could. Let me start by saying that the nail technicians are really good at their job. Picture attached. Nail tech IG: @topsecretnailsyesi The issue, as other people have commented on here, is the rude and unprofessional owner, Eunice. I called today to see if they had any space, since my friend is visiting from Florida. Eunice said that she might be able to accommodate us but we had to hurry and get there at 12:15. It was 11:48 when we called, and we rushed as fast as we could. I'd never been to the place before, so I missed the turn and called at 12:17 to ask Eunice where the place was located. She immediately started talking to me very rudely and intensely that I was already late, and being extremely condescending with an attitude of "if you don't get here now I won't give you the service." She sounded exasperated. When we went inside, the vibe was off. Everyone was sitting in silence, and Eunice was doing someone's nails, shouting from her seat asking us questions. She was speaking really loud in a very unpleasant way, telling us we were late like 10 times. She then proceeded to say that I only told her that one of us was getting nail art, instead of two and my friend and I were trying to figure out if we wanted to stay because she honestly treated us like garbage. After we sorted it out, we sat down for our manicures but I felt humiliated with this lady yelling at us in front of everyone there, so I asked her to step aside and asked her if she was the owner. Then I proceeded to tell her that she had been really rude and I didn't appreciate the way that she treated us. I also said that I was staying because her staff was kind, but if she didn't have the space to accommodate us she should have not offered us the service. Not once did she stop to listen to me. She was too busy making coffee for guests after treating them like trash. She then proceeded to tell me that she was not my mother and I was not her daughter for me to tell her that I felt scolded, and that she didn't do anything wrong. Because I was late and she tried to give me the service, this was a result of her giving heart and that she should learn her lesson because this always happens to her. Implying that she's the victim. Talk about gaslighting! It had been a long time since I felt so mistreated and invalidated by a business owner, and I honestly don't understand how she's still in business. Even her dog looks miserable. Poor thing. If you are one of those girls that work there, know that you can earn 10 times more by going solo. Feel free to look me up on IG or Facebook and I'll help you get going (I have more than 13 years in digital marketing experience). As for you, Eunice, I truly hope you can heal and find a way to recognize how your toxic behavior impacts everyone around you. If you're someone trying to have a good time and get your nails done, NEVER EVER go here.

Love this! Wish there was more of it at home. Your own new liner every time. No need to *hope* they did a good job disinfecting a tub!

I'm so glad that I found this gorgeous, new and clean nail salon! I called and made an appointment the day I landed in PR because my winter feet from home weren't ready for sandals on vacation. It was $35 for a regular pedicure and $45 for a gel pedicure, which is about what I'm used to in CT. I loved that they bring individual wooden buckets (I'm sure there's probably a more appropriate word for these) with liners for each pedicure, so you're not left wondering if they fully and adequately sanitized them in between customers/clients. There's a little bar where you can buy a cocktail or glass of wine for the ultimate experience full of relaxation. Emillie did my pedicure and was so thorough and detail oriented, I'd definitely recommend her and come back and see her again when I'm in the area. I left so happy with my experience here, and am so glad yelp lead me here! Give them a try! They even sent me home with some of the supplies (like nail file) used on me, with my name on the bag so I'm presuming if you live nearby and are a regular, your bag would stay here to be reused, which is an awesome idea!

Second time around I was less impressed. The gel top coat was coming off while I was still in the salon so I asked to have another coat put on. After 2.5 days the polish is already coming off because my nails weren't properly painted at the tips. For spending a lot of money, the nails should at least look good for 1.5 weeks minimum not 3 days

Nail polished mounted over mounted cuticles fully separated.

While employees were kind and welcoming; the experience was horrible. Upon arriving, we were placed to pick colors for our work. Pricing was NEVER DISCUSSED WITH US. Pedi's were incomplete, they lacked cream, they lacked massaging, and the removal of caluses from a deep level. Nail work was sloppy and stained all around my fingers. Mani's were short and in a hurry and my mother in law's nails were painted 5 times and when we left there there were already cracked..... also, the color on her feet and hand's all though labeled same color are different. Extremely expensive, while in other high end salon's drinks are complementary they billed $7 for a mimosa of CARTON JUICE AND SPARKLING WINE NOT CHAMPAGNE. $55 for bad peddy $30 for a bad mani $14 for 2 Mimosas For two people $210.... It doesn't matter where in PR you are.... It's too expensive and the services were down right mediocre. If I could I'd ask for my money back..... worst location I've EVER BEEN TO.

worst manicure ever. My nails never get dry and most of my right hands nails were damaged after I left the nail place

Ladies Please read prior to booking with this salon. My husband and I are visiting Puerto Rico for vacation and decided to find a nail salon for just a polish change on my toes. I had gel on my toes so I needed a removal and gel paint. I called and asked if they had availability she confirmed and told me to meet at 3pm. Great! After eating on the beach my husband decided we should take a stroll which was an 8 min walk from our hotel. We arrived rang the door bell and came in. I was greeted and told that my husband could not stay if he is not getting a service. Ok, we get it. COVID. She walked me over to the bowl,( legit a bowl) for the pedicures. I asked if they had any towels to wipe the sand from my feet since just walking from the beach. She abruptly says "No"... so I say okay, turn and start to walk to the restroom, the front desk lady FOLLOWED ME INTO THE RESTROOM. Told me I can not wipe off my sandals in the bathroom. Please keep in mind there I washed my feet before leaving the beach but since I was only getting a polish change and they did not have an actual pedicure chair and bowl I want to feel clean. She argued for about 30secs and stood in the restroom as I tried to wipe my sandals. I felt extremely uncomfortable. ....Emily did my polish it is decent gel polish. However she did not say more then 3 words to me nor ask what shape I wanted my toes. Used a drill to remove my paint without consent. HERE IS THE KICKER: I paid $20 for Gel paint $15 for removal $2 for water that was offered to me and my husband?!! The pricing was the biggest reason for the lowered score. From the reviews the price seems pretty inconsistent and high for basic things. There are other place MUCH better than here. Please consider before booking.

Beautiful modern and CLEAN nail salon striving for perfect nails using quality products. The special solution for removing acrylic nails is infused with a vitamin mix, and did not leave my fingers dried out like raisins... they do not use the rough abrasive nail polishing tool or files. The filing tools are gentle clean and you take them home with you if you like. No machine massage chairs with jacuzzi pedicure tub for cleanliness -- a traditional tub with hygienic plastic liner keeps it clean. My sister and I are very picky and we searched 2 days for a salon spa that we wanted to visit. We like this place and recommend it. Melissa is a great nail technician and she can answer all of your questions about the best places to eat authentic Puerto Rican food and also some natural wonders around the island -- waterfalls, lakes, mountain hikes. Will definitely visit again our next time in town. The owner Eunice also sells her friends handmade rose gold, gold, and silver jewelry which is very cute!

Really disappointing. Since when does it take one hour to remove a gel manicure which you are then charged for removing ( not mentioned when I called) and then....cuticles are cut poorly and gel polish is not nearly dark or shiny enough. Too expensive in a very pretty place. Go to the Vanderbilt for an expensive manicure that will turn out well. The picture below is of same day......

Ten minutes before the appointment, she called with an unnecessarily hostile tone and asked, "Are you going to be here at 2?" I responded that I'd be five minutes late. She replied, "Okay, 2:05 then." I arrived at 2:08. She looked at me and, instead of greeting me, chose to comment, "Umm... you're late," in a condescending tone. She then proceeded to point out what service I had booked--gel tip refill maintenance--and told me she couldn't do it because she had another client at 4 PM and the service would take until then. I calmly asked her to honor the appointment, as I had come a long way and was only four minutes late. Rather than provide the service or offer a solution, she sat down, argued, and shifted all the blame onto me. When I asked if she would truly rather sit there for two hours doing nothing than honor a scheduled appointment, she confirmed--yes--and continued to deflect responsibility. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it's deeply disrespectful. I had used her service once before and had already sensed something was off. This experience confirmed it. The energy was hostile, the customer care nonexistent, and the accountability zero. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. If professionalism and basic courtesy matter to you, look elsewhere.

Cute, pleasant, tiny room, 1 chair nail salon. She's pleasant, professional, did a beautiful gel pedicure & also got a simple manicure without nail polish. All in, over an hour. But when she told me how much was the price! I was shocked! $80 FOR A GEL PEDI & $20 for a simple manicure without polish! Never again. I gave her a $20 tip because I'm a fair person & she did a great job. But $100 total price was not fair, not right, & not worth a Gel Pedi. I did tell her I'll pay it because it's my fault for not asking the price before she did the job. However I'm sure she knows that it's wrong for her not to mention first hand or post a proper visual sign of her exuberant prices. I wish her well. But she won't get far if she is not transparent with prospective clients about her prices. It almost feels like she was somewhat deceptive.

I opted for the hammam, which is an elite treatment. I'd been wanting to do this treatment, at this spa, for a few years and it was fantastic. My therapist was absolutely amazing and I felt so comfortable with her. The hammam treatment happens in a stunningly tiled room. The history of hammam is explained, which I loved. My therapist explained the treatment protocol and that put me at ease. Once the treatment started, I never wanted it to end. It was so interesting and very relaxing. I left with softest skin imaginable. The Spa at Condado Vanderbilt is wonderful.
