WARNING: Do not go to this smoke shop! I went there to exchange a vape that I bought that did not work out of the box, and was met with a lot of pushback from the manager, and the shop attendee. After much discussion, they decided to give me the same vape as an exchange and I was told to try out all of the vapes that I bought in front of them before leaving the store so that I would not have this problem again. I tried five vapes in front of them, and none of them worked. They refused to refund my money because I paid with a debit card, and instead gave me one single vape pen of a different brand that I did not like or want and rushed me out of the store. I will never be shopping at the store again they literally will scam you. read more

Born & Raised In Culver City and Yo man, not gonna lie it hurts me to do this because I am not! One of those people to bag and talk smack but today I felt like I should let people know that this smoke shop is fucked up, especially because it's in my neighborhood literally I live walking distance from this place. From today I learned that this place doesn't care about being a solid place, a place where you don't mind paying a higher convenience fee because the customer service is legit and they want you to always come back, maybe it's the worker maybe it's the owner but regardless this place been like this for a while. Great experience here! I've been wanting to buy a nice hookah for home but didn't know where to start. The employee took his time with us to explain everything we had to know about the process, charcoal, taste and quality of everything. Left home with a super nice, high quality hookah. The matte on it is so beautiful. Purchased Starbuzz tobacco and good quality charcoal too. Can't wait to try with my boyfriend at home tonight. Too bad he is the only smoke shop that is local to me because this is the third time I come in, trying to give them a chance. And every time I go in there store store owner or his other employee look for any way to get scam you, finagles everything, for example all his inventory doesn't have prices , has weird codes and every time I've been in there the prices change for the same item. Full of scams in here. Plus to get that extra dollar anyway he can, first they make you feel like you're worthless when you only have a credit card and he wants cash first. Come time for the amount due somehow everything is up charged an extra dollar or 60 Cents here and there. And to top it off when you use your credit card or debit, an extra charge. I literally thought I was buying an item for five dollars and it came out to be $12.78 when I looked at the receipt. So in conclusion three strikes - out, no more. Oh yeah even his inventory is outdated with layers of dust. Hasn't had new inventory since they've opened, and the low stock that he has even at the entrance of the shop is secondhand from probably downtown. This place I highly recommend it to not even think about spending one penny. Go down a few min away to Nirvana or Tobacco plus. They have their own issues but that's another story read more

After visiting 8 other smoke shops today, I decided to check out CC Smoke Shop. I was impressed by the Yelp reviews and figured it wouldn't hurt to see for myself. Well, I can see what all the hype is about. Excellent customer service, so much to choose from, and great location! I originally came in for a water pipe and a mini pipe, and I was blown away by the selection. If you smoke, there's really something for everyone in this store. I needed some help picking the right glass and the owner was very patient with me. He showed me everything I asked to see, made valid suggestions, and told me exactly how everything worked. I could see how attentive and friendly the owner was to me and everyone else who came in while I was struggling to make decisions. At least half an hour later, I left the shop extremely satisfied. This shop is a bit out of the way for me, but I definitely won't be going anywhere else. This place is clearly a hidden jewel and I highly suggest checking out CC Smoke Shop. This place has the most incredible humidor in the Culver City area hands down. It is curated by a cigar expert, Ehab the owner. Cigars, like wine, change...every year their are new offerings. Ehab always has what is new and interesting and has a great point of view on the different flavor profiles. Let me put it to you this way.....I was able to find all of the latest top rated cigars from Cigar Aficionado here including the Nat Sherman Timeless which is very hard to come by at most B and M's. Additionally the prices are excellent. Today I bought the "Aging Room F55" number 2 rated cigar and it was nothing short of brilliant! This place is overpriced! A one hitter (cigarette kind) is $7.99. 7 fricken' 99 !!!! I went to Nirvana Head Shop (less than a mile away on Washington Ave), for the same item for $4... half the price! Plus when I walked into each shop they both had customers; I was not even acknowledge when I walk through the doors at this place, but at Nirvana I was welcomed with a friendly demeanor and told by the employee she will be right with me. In fact, as she was serving one customer (pouring products into containers) she asked me what I was looking for at the same time (girl power!) which was great because I was on my lunch break. I even brought a cigarette roller for $4 instead of $5 at this shop. Needless to say I will not be heading back to this shop for any products. read more

I'll start off by saying that I frequent and actively search out cigar shops anywhere and everywhere I go. I found myself back in CA late last year and was in Culver city doing my obligatory search for cigar shops. CC Smoke Shop popped up and I saw a few positive reviews so I stopped in. Man I'm glad that I did. It was the 3rd shop I'd visited that day, with the other 2 being complete garbage, and this definitely saved my day! I met Ihab and introduced myself as a tobacconist from the north east who just moved back to CA and he was extremely friendly and sincere. Just a very nice guy who treated a new customer with respect. He showed me to the humidor and while it wasn't a gigantic humidor, it was indeed stocked with care and with plenty of fine quality cigars that I enjoy. Tatuaje, illusione, My Father, L'atelier,, etc. Not to mention a few rare Fuentes! His prices were some of the best I've seen in CA. He has plenty of other smoker friendly inventory as well, tons of hardware and toys that we smokers all love! Since then I always stop there when I'm in the area and will continue to do so as long as Ihab is running the show! Inventory A+ Prices A+ Customer Service A++++ What more can you ask for?
