When got into Dover we drove to where it used to be, it had moved. We turned around causing us to arrive at 5:06 for our 5:00 appointment it clearly said do not come early so we figured it would be no big deal. She made a snarky comment about being late and was extremely judging to my 14 year old. The whole time she was working on another project and didn't even make eye contact. The vibe was terrible, she was cold and rue. I dont know what changed.

I got my septum pierced when I went for first time and I was so nervous! It was my first piercing in adulthood. Getting pierced can feel nerve wracking sometimes! She is very cognizant of that and takes the time to explain what she is doing every step of the way. This definitely put me at ease and I've gone back for more piercings since! She is very knowledgable and clear in her instructions with aftercare, the piercing, etc. It is a welcoming environment and I can't wait to go back for more. Thank you Randi!

It was quite some time since I had the tattoo done but I have never recommended them since. My…read moretattoo ended up being much larger than I wanted and that is because the artist said it would look better like that so he continued to do it in the size he wanted. It was late when I had this done but I was not expecting to be there for almost 5 hours. He was getting tired and kids were running in and out of the shop. I'm assuming they were his children. I think getting a tattoo completed at almost 11:00 at night is way too late. There was no indication that this tattoo would ever take that long. The worst part of it is that the tattoo ended up infected and when I went back to the shop I was told it's because I wore jeans and it rubbed against the tattoo. So all I could assume from that point on is that all the men that go in there and get tattoos on their legs must wear skirts? This was the second tattoo I got done there. I should have realized after the first one not to go back but they gave me a really good excuse about why the first one blew out. Knowing what I know now, many years later I realized it was because it was the tattoo artist mistake and not just because my skin doesn't accept red ink. I have since become established with an amazing artist and every one of the artists at the shop she works at laugh at the idea that he told me my body does not accept red ink and that's why it blew out. Lesson learned, unfortunately it is one that will be on my body forever. I guess I should say too that will be on my body forever. One of them is unseen because it is up by the nape of my neck but the other one is on my leg and since I am so unhappy with it I have never worn anything that would show it. I keep it hidden at all times.

He kept her laughing, let her choose the music and took great attention and detail to the input into the image she chose to get done. Loved that he was able to give a break for her to recompose and get ready for the image. He did a phenomenal job transforming and bringing the dragon to life using the art work that she brought to be done. So happy we found this shop while we were visiting the seacoast.

If you're going to have a flash sale, you should have enough artists that can accommodate the influx in business. The owner just putts around, pretending to be busy, rather than helping out his already stressed out team. It's also pretty unprofessional to ask your artists to have their appointment, who is already there, WAIT while you tattoo a walk in.

I sent a few ideas to her and she built from there. I decided I wanted a lower leg tattoo to commemorate my Navy service and my love of various movies/books. She communicated really well.
