They contacted me and said there would be a new crew and as of today Feb 23, 2023 they have not replied to numerous requests to complete the remodel or reimburse my deposit. Please do not use this business. Since I've found out they've been evicted from numerous locations and charged in Texas as well as Florida and Connecticut for construction fraud, multiple counts of theft, home improvement fraud, issuing bad checks, unlawful use of credit card, second degree forgery, criminal impersonation, and providing false statements to law enforcement. Protect yourself from fraud. Do not use this business. We really love having our Enphase solar system and the original installation services were very…read moregood. It has worked as promised and we have had no equipment problems. However, the crew left a poorly patched hole in our roof during the panel installation process. We spent 4 months and thousands of dollars trying to find a leak in the roof and fix a problem we swore had nothing to do with NTS. Finally, after many phone calls, they agreed to remove some panels for the 4th roofing company to check the roof. The hole in the roof was directly under one of the panels. The roof was repaired and we have no more water coming in. We do have bills for roof modification, chimney caps, spray foam insulation, drywall repair, painting and will need some kind of mold remediation in the attic. We called, sent pictures and email. No response, totally ghosted. I can recommend the system, but not the installation. Now I'm worried we won't have any help if we do need something. Very discouraging.
