Ventura Dj's are AMAZING. Communication, pricing, expectations, music, everything was on point. I contacted DJ Fluffy in June for a December holiday party. Soon thereafter we were meeting with Lunatic to review our requests and needs. With fantastic rates and focused attention to our needs, it was easy to make our decision. Having attended 3 prior events they Dj'd, I knew I was in good hands. We had a relatively large holiday party scheduled with many song requests. They were able to work perfect low dinner music allowing our guests to mingling. Once dinner was served the real party started. The dance floor was full from beginning to end with a perfect mix of music, that kept the energy alive. The lighting package and setup couldn't have been better. Fluffy and Lunatic were seriously so easy to work with. They remained professional and friendly, responding to all of my emails and calls. Trust me, there were many. Let's just start by saying DJ Fluffy is one of the best djs in the 805 area, he provides excellent quality service and sound, and let's not forget about his great quality uplighting services! He is very professional and reliable. I highly recommended him. I have hired him three times, sisters birthday party, my engagement party and wedding, each time he delivered excellence! Fantastic DJ that *made* our wedding! We had seen Ventura DJs at a friends wedding and when looking for our wedding we knew we found the right team! Music is so important, but especially to us. And we wanted the right vibe, so we had lots of songs preselected to be played at specific moments. Even specific MP3s we created that needed to be played for pre-rehearsed dance numbers and audio tracks to be played during speeches. DJ Fluffy played every single one at the right moment with no delay and seamlessly. And of course, microphones and everything needed for the ceremony, speeches and more worked flawlessly. DJ Fluffy was recommended to me by a good friend who had used their services for a party for their son. When I contacted DJ Fluffy for my daughter's 18th birthday party, he was extremely attentive and responsive and made sure all of our needs were met, even those we had not yet considered. The DJ service was great and DJ Fluffy also arranged for a photo booth service (saving us time). Issues and questions will always come up and you know you have a good service when those issues and questions are addressed quickly and completely. When we didn't get a response from the photo booth company for copies of the photos after the party, DJ Fluffy intervened and made sure the issue was addressed asap. Alex would check in with us and made sure that everyone was having a great time. The dance floor was never empty--thanks to DJ Lunatic. I had a broken foot and the music was just too good not to dance! These guys are hard workers, extremely professional and dedicated--they drove just about 3 hours for our wedding. Between the music and photo-booth (provided by Ventura Djs) everyone had an amazing time! They provided a scrapbook for the photo-booth which was a great way for us to see how much fun our family and friends were having. Let me start off by saying DJ fluffy (Alex) and his team are the best at what they do . I hired them for a Wedding for DJ and Photo Booth. Not only did they do everything we asked but they went above and beyond for our special day . I did not give Alex a set playlist for the party and he had people dancing until the very end of the night . For the photo booth he gifted us with a book so we were able to have a copy of everyone that used the photo booth. Such a great memory to have . Alex played along side the banda and kept the energy of the party going . He would check in with me a few times throughout the night to make sure we were okay and anything we needed . Had the pleasure to have worked with Alex (Dj Fluffy) and Orlando (Dj Oh). Both were very professional and very attentive to my needs. Dj Oh was the Dj at my son's baptism and entertained my guest from the moment they arrived. He knew exactly how to keep the party going. DJ Fluffy rocked. I am pretty picky about what songs I like to get a dance floor moving. My group of friends are in our 40s and we like a variety of tunes -- not what you would hear at a club in LA. DJ Fluffy totally got it. I gave him a list of a handful of songs and he covered the rest, pumping music that brought everyone to the dance floor for 4+ hours. He even showed me some salsa moves. Fluffy (Alex) set us up with Leo for my daughters reception. He did a great job getting all of the songs we requested on our list. Ventura Djs are great. Once you fill out their contract they will create a profile for you to make our own request ahead of time. You can also make your own requests the day of the event and they will immediately find the music/genre you are requesting! They show up early, they were willing to stay longer for my event!
