I brought my car in to repair the passenger-side window. I purchased the part the shop recommended (the driver-side window switch) after asking whether the passenger-side switch was needed. I was told it was not. When I was first told the car was ready, the passenger window still did not work. After I pointed this out, the mechanic changed fuses in the fuse box and stated that different voltage fuses were required. Even then, the window would only work once the car warmed up, which I was told was "not a big deal." When I tested the window from the passenger-side controls, it did not work at all. By this point, I had already paid. Shortly after leaving, I noticed my Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) warning light was on. I informed the mechanic and was told it would go away after driving. Weeks later, the light is still on. I was then asked to pay to replace the passenger-side window switch... the same part I was originally told was unnecessary. When I asked about the LKA issue, I was told they would need to look at the car when they had time. The work performed resulted in additional issues, and the repair orders do not reflect the misinformation given or the fuse changes that occurred.

While my tire was being serviced, they left a deep scratch on the passenger-side door panel of my brand-new 2025 GMC Acadia. I was quoted $562 to replace the damaged panel. Also, there was oil fingerprints all over the front bumper and inside of the car. As I entered the car after the service was complete, the car had a very strong unpleasant odor, wich made the experience even more uncomfortable. I am extremely disappointed with the way my vehicle was treated. In my experience, this was one the worse shop experience I have had in Town of Washington, NJ. I strongly recommend taking pictures of your vehicle before leaving it with this shop and considering other options if you can. The waiting room is dirty and dusty ... this place is not good anymore even in case of an emergency. Pett's Tire Auto Center in Washington, NJ is a terrible place. I called and spoke to Zach and we agreed on a price so I made my appointment to come in. It was Zach's knowledge on installing "Caliper, Rotor and Brake kits" that made me comfortable in giving him my business. When I left it was Zach's honesty and quality work that made me at ease. Installing new brake kits is a bit nerve racking since if done incorrectly can cause you to be hurt badly. Zach not only knew how to install this special kit, but did the job right. I also asked him to put aside my old calipers since I will be getting my core deposit back once I mail in. Zach not only put it aside, but placed them in the original boxes and packaged them for me. So my hands did not get dirty at all. Zach stated to me he was experienced in many aftermarket installs. They are kind, professional and caring. They take good care of their customers and are careful with their work. The mechanics and the owner are always looking out and respect the loyalty you give to them. When I called for an appointment but wasn't able to make it on time, they called me the following Monday to check on me. They offer to drive me back to my house and pick me up when they have my car. The owner did research for my vehicle to know what is recommended as far as standard maintenance. They don't push anything on you that is 100% necessary and give you a timeline for when it will be. i needed to get new tires and wheels mounted. my friend had recommended this place to me. i got…read morehere right when they opened and they began to work on getting my car on the lift. the guys there are REALLY careful with their work which i was really pleased about. my wheels were powder coated which made mounting the wheels onto the hubs a but more difficult than usual. however, the guy was still really patient and careful with my car. even when the guy was putting on the lug bolts, he was really careful to not scratch inside the lug holes. great service and i will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!
