The staff are very attentive, friendly and knew exactly which tires to replace according to the damaged tire. I was in and out of the location within 15 minutes on both occurrences without any issues. $$ The pricing for used tires are affordable and has good tread tracks. ($50 each). They take cash and debit/credit card. The staff are professional and friendly, showing care and concern for my troubles. Though I had not bought the tires at Hometown (that happened during an earlier road trip) they worked me in quickly, did the work at a reasonable price, and solved the problem completely! Since I knew a lot of my original lugnuts were beyond their useful life, I bought a box of new ones for them to put on when remounting the wheels...and the mechanic even came out front to thank me for giving him new ones to work with.
