Called them up after hitting a pot hole on the parkway. Steering wheel shaking at any speed! They took me in right away and took care of my issue. My car was vibrating badly at highway speeds, especially from the rear. When I took ito Direct-to-ou Tire Service in Newark, they confidently diagnosed the issue and advised against wheel balancing, saying the tires were in "bad shape." They claimed one of the rims needed refurbishing and that two tires had to be replaced because they were deformed in the middle--running a hand over them showed that the center wasn't making full contact. According to them, new tires were the only solution. Then I remembered I had gotten my tires at Costco. I scheduled a free tire balancing--and now my car drives perfectly, with no vibration whatsoever. read more

I had a flat tire and stopped by here to get it checked out. The employee who helped us was very prompt in finding the nail in my tire (that was only a year old :( ) and patching it. The price was very fair. They have a cool fish tank in the office. I wish it was a little easier to get out of the place since you have to back out of the garage and if someone's behind you they have to back out of the way first. I also wish we could tip on our cards because I never have cash on hand and lost my debit card a while ago--but that's my problem. Will try to remember to bring cash if I need to come again because that guy deserved a nice tip. read more
